I went to collect duplicate copies of Bill Ms.Neha from Admin and Mr.Ashwin was very helpful guided me the procedure. They were very prompt in their service. Even the person incharge who gave me the printout copies was humble n kind. Really appreciate it

Hospital is located at highway so its always easily accessible for public and easy to find out.. structure of the building is very good and well maintained. Also medical facilities are available just outside the hospital so its very convenient for one to get all the necessary medicines as soon as possible.

The service by the staff in Bhatia is excellent. They serve patients with immense warmth & involvement very rarely found in other hospitals
This includes the entire team- house keeping staff, nurses, patient welfare dept, physio therapists & doctors of course.

Was admitted as I was undergoing surgery to repair a torn calf and ligament. Everyone from the doctors, nurses and house keeping were always prompt with any assistance and always had a smile on their faces. Their physiotherapist Ketaki was excellent who taught me how to walk with an air boot!. I would like to thank everyone for the excellent care shown to me

My baby was admitted 3 days for fever she recovered so fast just becoz of the doctors & the hospital staff, nurses, housekeeping staff, all of them are very cooperative and understanding. hospital is very clean.

My mother at present is admitted R.No.507 and the care given by the team of nurses and the cleanliness maintained by the support staff is unparalleled. The doctors esp. JUGAL GADA, RAHUL SHAH AND MALAV MODI are so very caring, listen patiently to the patient and are so very encouraging with the sole intent to help the patient in quick recovery.

We as a family are truly thankful to each one of the nurses, support staff, front office staff and the Doctors at Bhatia Hospital.

Overall our experience was amazing. Staff is very helpful and room was clean. Food and service very also very decent. Hospital could use some repairs, but otherwise our experience was great throughout. Highly recommended!

Nice location , good staff, it will give you an Hotel like feeling, rooms are good. Service is also good. Treatment here is not pocket friendly for middle class unless you have cashless mediclaims, one tip even if you have cashless mediclaim, they take deposite from you Which is refundable, out of which the material cost which is not claimable in your policy are deducted from deposite money

I am from Indore, came to Mumbai for couple of days with my family. However, accidentally my mother had an accident. We had to take her to the emergency and this hospital's staff had shown their full support even till the end.

Clean and comfortable bed and amazing service

Awesome experience with the vaccination. Had four seniors to be vaccinated but it was almost seamless. Very patient and helpful staff, good shaded waiting area before and after unlike some other hospitals I've heard of, and no sign of exasperation in any of the staff in dealing with seniors. Even agreed to inject blind patients on their chair without making them walk. Keep it up Bhatia! Thank you for your contribution

The hospital has a good location close to a railway station and bus, cab easily available. The staff is courteous and helpful. They have successfully handled Covid cases all through the year. The team of doctors available are knowledgeable and take good care of the patients. Food and hygiene is well taken care of too.
