AC busses but not very comfortable and cannot compare with a train. But good in case of emergency

4 stars only just because sometimes the sleeper bus charging facility and AC facility doesn't work all. Overall the service is good.

Very bad experience with this bus.....maha-batmeez conductor and driver...they even don't have manner how to talk with customers.i think the owner of the bus also an uneducated n non-sense who didn't taught their staff how to deal with customers...they have only matter with collecting money..n in mid night they switched off the a/c...they don't care the public comfort.they used the bundle of agarbattis sticks their smoke suffocates to public whole night. Very cheap service this bus provide....n again Maha- batmeez conductor and driver which is matter of concern for the owner....if there is option available of zero star I'll definitely give zero star for this cheap experience.
