One day before I have taken treatment for Lumbago. Treatment and diagnosis is really good. Doctor Harish Sir has explained very clearly and diagnosed the issue with clear study and evaluation. From admit to till discharge nursing department services are excellent and give medicines on time. Doctors are well experienced and staff is very friendly. Hygiene and cleanliness are very nice. Overall hospital is good I would definitely recommend to my friends and relatives.

All the services are very excellent. My self Bhargava Amaravdhi admitted under Dr. Akash Chaudhary and his assistant also were treated me very well. The Nursing staff especially Swapna sister, Ramya sister, Begum sister, Srivani sister, Parimala sister they have responded and treated me very well. Food and services, all the other staff and house keeping also are very good. Floor is also very neat and clean. Thank you.

My Mother Jayalakshmi Mukku a CGHS beneficiary was admitted to Care Hospital Banjara Hills for breathlessness, severe water retention and edema. She was treated by Dr. Alluri Srinivas Raju and his team for Cardiology and Dr. Swamy and his team for Pulmonary issues. She was admitted for about 5 Days and discharged on 22 Feb 2023.
The hospital had exceeded my expectation for patient care. The overall attitude of the staff is courteous and very helpful. The House keeping staff took great pride in keeping the rooms and the bathrooms spic and span.
The Catering department provided timely hygienic nutritious meals for patient as well as attendants.
The Hospital Management staff visited us thrice during our brief stay and enquired about our comfort. They have gone out of way to ensure smooth billing and checkout in 90 minutes from the time the doctor had recommended discharge.
I would also like to place on record the wonderful care and personal touch of the Nursing Staff In-charge Ms Triveni.
Two Suggestion for improvement. 1) Please issue atleast two weeks Medicine before discharging the patient, which can be included in the final billing instead of making us run around for it in the last minute.
2) All medicines given by pharmacy should be properly print labelled and not written illegibly written. Loose Medicines with names cut off are names not visible can cause disasters.
Extremely happy with the treatment and care my mother received from Care Hospital Banjara Hills and Highly Recommended for elderly treatment and care.

The liver and gastro team were excellent. Specially Dr. Akash and Dr..Yuktansh Pandey were swiftly reacted and got admitted to hospital after the investigations done and saved the patient...My heartly thank you to both of them and for complete staff who were involved from CARE hospital.

I went to CARE hospital, Road no 1, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad , India with my CTAngio( done elsewhere ) report to Dr PLN Kapardhi on 5th Feb.2024. Mr Kamalakar, Dr Kapardhi's manager helped me in obtaining Dr Kapardhi's appointment and also in providing all necessary help for my comfortable stay in the hospital later. The Dr. discussed with me and i was admitted into the hospital.
After preliminary tests on the following day, he performed Angiogram on me and explained that i had two blocks, one in the right artery and one more in the left artery which also had severe calcium deposits. He further went on to say that this Calcium must be removed before inserting the stents as otherwise they wouldn't be fully effective and might not last longer.
He then explained me that this job could be done by an advanced technique " Intra Vascular Lithotripsy" (IVL) with which he was well versed with, but needed to be done cautiously and carefully.
On 7th Feb. he performed this authoritatively and inserted two high quality stents in the left artery and one more in the right one.
Later i was very comfortable in the observation( thanks for the affectionate and dedicated nursing services by the sisters Ms Subhani and Ms Shabana), ICU and in private room and was discharged on 9th Feb. For the last one week, in the house under his medication, felt very relaxed. Dr Kapardhi, in my opinion,is an exceptional interventional cardiac doctor and kind human presumably he avoided bypass surgery on me.

I am very much thanks to Dr TV Rama Krishna Murthy, Nueoro Surgeon and his team and Care Hospitals, Banjarahills, Road No 1, Hyderabad did cervical decompression surgery successfully. There is no words to say about his vast experience.

We had a very good experience with cardiology team at CARE hospital when My Husband underwent a Bypass Surgery here. The Head Cardiologist Dr. G Ramasubramanyam is amazing and the whole team of cardiology including Dr. Shailaja are very knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. Also, the whole team of nurses like Rama and others have been extremely helpful and caring throughout the treatment. Definitely recommend this hospital for anyone looking for Heart Treatment.

Right from meeting the Specialist, Dr. Vachan Hukkeri, till we were discharged yesterday, we had wonderful experiences here. Dr Vachan and his Team kept us in high spirits and extensive discussions with our family throught. In fact, the Nursing staff, including Nursing Supervisor, Floor Managers, Canteen staff, Housekeeping team as also Security staff were so understanding that we cannot just explain. Our Facilitator Sri Vijay of Care Banjara deserves a special mention for introducing to the right Doctor and subsequent follow ups. Had a great experience with my Mother's recovery at Care for her Asthma Exasperation and her physical therapy for her knee mobility after a muscular tear.

Thanks to her pulmonologist Dr. T. L.N Swamy for an excellent diagnosis and treatment. We could count on him for the entire period she stayed there as an inpatient. She also needed physical therapy during her stay and what an amazing treatment was given to her by Dr.Waseem Raja. An angel in disguise.

Not only did he give a healing therapy with his excellent manual efforts, but he also motivated and counselled my mom with lots of care and compassion, leading her to an emotional and mental well being.
