Urumbi Hill Palace

Good service provided by the resort. Of picking and dropping back within the Resort property. The staff hospitality and service were very good. Food and the natural beauty is excellent. A great trekking experience. We went for the half day trek. We trekked through grasslands to the top of the hill and in the middle of tea estates and Cardamom plantations

One of the best places i have been over a very long time. It has a natural waterfall inside the resort along with some man-made water falls. The rooms are really nice and is value for money. The ride to the resort is also awesome. Best time to visit would be during monsoons.

its a mini 4wd territory. accessible through jeep only. great place and great food. nothing much to do over there, just sit and enjoy the views. best time to visit will be during the rains ....

no net and no phone connectivity. so finish your work and go there. it cant be a working holiday....

Its an old British tea estate, very peaceful and rustic. Has a natural pool from a stream that runs through the property. Play area for children. Friendly staff who will set up a BBQ if you inform them in advance. Carry accompaniments and cold drinks as no shops are available anywhere near the property

One of the best resorts for nature lovers. Take few days leave and check in Urumbi hill palace. Rejuvenate yourselves. Try trekking in golden hours. Both the natural pools are really amazing. The food is really good.

Great place for a 2/3 days outing. For those nature lovers it's a much visit. The small river with a few falls within the resort premises is the attraction. Service is something to be appreciated, as they are very cooperative. Pious is the person who was in charge of and was a very nice person. 100% safety and family friendly environment. Also we met Dr. Abharaham who owns this property and he is a great person who did a fantastic job in creating this heavenly place. Rightly priced but we have to order food less as the quantity is high. Excellent tasty food with a wonderful ambience.... Enjoyed the two days and a night to the Max. Thanks to those staffs who are great people too. Off road drive for 10 kms to reach the resort is a bonus.we went in a auto rikhsaw......

as of now it is under renovation process and is expected to complete by March 2023. you cannot take very small cars there.

Amazing food. Its 8kms off road drive from Elappara, near kuttikanam, Idukki dist. Only jeeps go there.

Amazing view , away from all the noise and pollution ( last 4 Kms is 4x4 track) clean rooms , reasonable tariff, good food , polite staff, lovely natural pool / steam

It is a place to get away from your Busy work and to get relax. Mobile network is a problem their and one-way it is better to keep ourselves not connected to outside world for few days when you're relaxing
