I visited this place. Must say it is a must visit place in Mumbai. The manager is very polite, they will offer you water before and after the message which I found to be very courteous. I was served by therapist Aarif. Man this guy really knows his job. He has magic in his hands. Gives one of the best message you can ever imagine. Rates are also pretty reasonable. Message starts from Rs.1200 only for 1 hour and also includes a shower after the message. You will surprised at the end of the message as Aarif takes you to heaven. I am in love with this parlour and will visit this spa again and again.

Visited Body and Mind Spa, Oshiwara, Inspite of some negative reviews I visited it today. I was surprised to see the ambiance inside. It’s a neat and clean place. I had a very good Massage by a certified Therapist Paresh ( Rahul ). Very decent and well behaved. Excellent place to visit. Owner was also very friendly. Will visit again.

The one major USP of Body and Mind Spa is the trained hands that treat you as per your body requirements. I went for a deep tissue massage, as I was facing back pain + tight muscles. I went with all the soreness and pain and walked out with a relaxed, pain-free and agile body. A special thanks to Rahul for his skillful expertise!

Body & Mind spa. Wow! Amazing experience. Recently had my massage at B&M spa, Wow massage with good relaxation, Staffs were soo professional and well trained. Especially, 'Aaditya' he knows in and out on how to give an awsome massage, I just loved it. Thanks to body & spa, will sure visit again.

Sameer is one of the best masseurs I have come across in Mumbai. Polite, Humble & makes you comfortable at d first meet. My main intention to get a message was to relax & refresh...
