Honest Opinion ! I initially took a DELL desktop, but the configuration was wrong, which was picked up by Anand from this store. They took the piece back and refunded me the money, though it tool a while. I later bought a proper Dell laptop instead of the desk top. It did take a lot of time to receive it, but these guys helped right from day 1. I truly appreciate their honesty & the continuous professional care they provided for the products bought. Dell exclusive store you will get price comparative less than other stores. Staff is friendly and helpful. No cost emi available on major cards from dell. It's an authorised dell store so no worries about the products. Few models on display but you can get your choice product on request. I had purchased a laptop from here and delivery was expected to arrive in secon week of september. However Anand from dell store expedite the delivery process and i got my laptop in just 5 days. Extremelly happy and satisfied. Anand also helped setting up laptop post delivery.
