This pet hospital is much more clean and more efficiently run than most hospitals for humans.

This clinic runs like a well-oiled machine. The processes etc are set like a manufacturing factory and there is excellent coordination between the staff and doctors.

I took our pet named Thunder (a Belgian Malinois) to this clinic for surgery as he swallowed a foreign object.

The surgery was conducted by a young and confident doctor named Dr. Bhagya. She was very compassionate and listened to the case patiently and assured me of the high success rate of the surgery and as expected she successfully removed the plastic pipe that was lodged in Thunders small intestine and saved his life. Will be ever grateful to her and her skillful team of nurses and support staff. Post surgery care and follow up is impressive as well.

My recently adopted dog of one and a half years, Leo was diagnosed with Tick fever on 1st November, 2023. This was the beginning of the nightmare; I was referred to Animal Care Clinic on the ground that hospitalisation facilities were available and that it was a case where Leo even required blood transfusion as his platelets sank to 30,000. I rushed to the clinic, Dr Keshav kindly did a scan immediately, ruled out organ related troubles but did a spot test that confirmed 3 horrible strains of the Fever including Bebesia Vogeli, Anaplasia and Ehrlichia Canis. Thus began the ordeal for Leo - daily trips to the hospital, innumerable injections, daily saline, countless medicines and supplements, loss of appetite, vomits, drowsiness, restlessness....It was painful to watch him go through it all but then at Animal Care Clinic, the Doctors fought it, the Staff did their best, above all Leo fought it bravely, I was petrified and anxious but stood by everyone trusting Dr Lakshmi and her competent team.

Over the next few weeks, under the careful, watchful, expert direction and guidance of Dr Lakshmi, the doctors and staff performed no less than a miracle. I was there at Animal Care Clinic everyday with Leo who was being tended to attentively, meticulously monitored and administered medicines, supplements..whatever was required at various moments and times to get him going. There was a point when the situation even appeared dim. On the go, Dr Lakshmi took calls on his treatment - what is to be given, what is to be changed, what else to be added or reduced because the situation was like a see-saw with the virus acting strangely and unpredictably.

Dr Lakshmi is like this angel with magical powers, extremely knowledgeable; decades of experience and consideration for animals showing and clearly evident; she may sound stern but one only needs to speak to her just once to understand her commitment to the voiceless, the life that she has dedicated to these sentient beings ...she does not even take seconds to diagnose, and know exactly what to do next with the unpredictable virus for which no clear known solution of sorts appears to exist. His latest PCR blood report shows that he is Negative for all counts and strains of the Tick Fever. Leo still has a few minor issues like elevated Pancreatic levels but i know the worst is behind us and am confident that the Team will sort this out too. My 3 n half years old cat got diagnosed with Saddle. If you look up in internet, it's horrifying and there is literally no treatment. But Dr Lakshmi ma'am and Dr Bhagya have been on this since 22ndJan. Thanks to them, my little one is responding to medicines,treatment. We had been turned down by 2 hospitals. This was our last resort. I am extremely thankful to Lakshmi ma'am for not giving up and continuing and monitoring Simba since Day 1. It is a long road to recovery but there is a recovery- thank you ma'am for giving us this assurance and bring our ray of hope.

Took my cat for a general checkup and to get his ear checked because he had an infection. The doctors and nurses and all the staff in general were very nice and experienced. Highly recommend.

Zoe our little Shih Tzu was suffering with a typical condition of dry eyes. She was unable to produce tears and as a result was suffering with pain and continual thick mucosal discharge from the eyes. This lead to sticking and drying of the eyes further adding to her agony. We took her to “The Animal Care Clinic” and Dr. Lakshmi suggested a novel procedure and performed -Parotid duct transposition, where the duct from the salivary gland was transposition to the eye. The saliva thus produced is now moistening the eyes and my dog has no more trouble with dry eyes and consequential Eye Ulcers etc. This was like a miracle to us and we profoundly thank Dr. Lakshmi for her brilliant action and the operation performed. Our happiness is beyond measure as at one point we were sceptical of our pet regaining her normal vision.
We once again thank Dr. Lakshmi, other veterinarians and the staff of ‘The Animal Care Clinic’ for their excellence and commitment.

I have taken my 11 year old Labrador Lexie with a growth on her toe, that no veterinarian wanted to take the risk for.
I finally went to animal care clinic, even though it is very far for us and quite difficult to get my Lexie through the long drive, knowing that this was my last hope.
And Lakshmi maam gave me hope that nobody else did.
She operated on lexie, gave my doggo the best possible care and advice, and now Lexie’s sutures are removed too and she’s doing perfectly well.
I wish I had gone to Dr.Lakshmi ma’am sooner.

Our five months puppy was vomiting continuously since few days and we took it to animal care clinic when it started vomiting water when given. Doctor Bhagya Lakshmi took over our case and found the root cause on that day itself. We took her in a dehydrated state and her body was so lethargic, it was because the root cause parvo was found quickly and treatment was given by her appropriately our puppy is alive. Thank you very much Dr Lakshmi for finding out the root cause quickly although all the symptoms weren’t there.

A heartfelt thanks to Dr Lakshmi and her team for providing exceptional treatment to Snowflake. To give more insight, our bunny has been struggling with a nasty dental abscess since the start of this year and the definite treatment was dental extraction. Even though we were prepared to go to any length to get him treated, the risk of complications and mortality in rabbits during the procedure held us back. But, it wasn't fair to deny him the treatment due to our reservations. That's when we found out about Animal Care Clinic and Dr Lakshmi from a friend. Right from the first appointment, the way she handled things and assured us, it did not take us a minute to make up our minds for his surgery. The surgery and subsequent review was scheduled so smoothly. Hats off to Dr Lakshmi and her team for making sure our bunny was well taken care of. You have earned our respect and love.

To my knowledge Dr. lakshmi is the best veterinarian in Hyderabad . My experience with her and The Animal Care Clinic has always been very good.
We can clearly see her love for animals and passion for her work, and it's proven by the many rewards and recognitions she keeps getting on the national level.

My first interaction with her was when one of my pets developed a very rare immune disorder and after a lot of other veterinarians failed to diagnose it, i finally went to Dr. Lakshmi,and she diagnosed it immediately, and has been treating the pet since then.
Now we take all our pets to The Animal Care Clinic only.

The Animal care clinic is a very good place for ur pets grooming and medical attention in Hyderabad. Dr Lakshmi is very passionate about her profession, which is clearly visible in how she interacts with the pets.

Our Dog, Dexter, 11 yrs was severely ill and was vomiting blood. We went to the emergency services for Animal Care Clinic that night. All needed tests were done within 12 hours and we couldn't find anything. everyone in the hospital was very responsive and helpful. 10 days of regular check ups and on-and-off hospital visits & stay and dedicated doctors and support staff under Dr. Lakshmi, we were getting hopeless every passing day. We were practically in the hospital for more than 15 days.
Then Dr. Lakshmi performed endoscopy and still nothing. Despite the fact that she was not well herself and super fatigued, she and us made a decision to open Dex up and see what's going on in his intestine as that was the only thing left to do. No body gave up despite all odds against us. after a 4+ hour surgery, Dex was fixed and was brought back to life. He suffered severe post op issues but the whole team was with us at every min of every day. Hospital even arranged house visits as Dex was unable to travel.
Thanks to Dr.Lakshmi, Dr. Tapashree, Dr. Keshav, Dr. Spandana, all of the kind and vigilant Support staff including Ramesh, Naresh, Swammi, Arvind and even the watchman bhaiya. No one gave hope. And here we have Mr. Dexter spreading smile every day of our lives.
We would also thank Animal Care to help us get the much needed blood transfusion with the most amazing dog Nargis, for with Dr. Lakshmi personally looked into.
