I've rented from them twice and they're super efficient and fair.

The car i booked was under repair so they upgraded me, free of charge. I returned a car with extra fuel and got a refund for that. Unlike Zoomcar where you have to haggle with the car owner for fuel, pick up, drop etc. you deal directly with the company here who own the car, so there's no hassle.

I had an amazing experience with them recently… I booked my car with them in Delhi and took it to Agra for a trip and from A-Z everything was very well managed and professionally too. They have an amazing customer service and value for money too. The staff is very polite and well mannered. Even the refund process was smooth and transparent. My experience was really 10/10

I had booked an Innova Crysta through Mychoize for my Aurangabad trip. The car was in excellent condition and the service provided by delivery agent Ajay Kumar was superb.

We rented MyChoize self drive for 5 days from Jodhpur to Jaisalmer and back and we had a seamless experience. From the booking to the delivery of the car and the drive and till the return of the car, the process was smooth and without any hiccups. The vehicle was in an excellent condition, completely sanitized and clean and we had fun driving this beast on the excellent roads of Rajasthan. The delivery staff was courteous and helpful throughout the trip and we would absolutely recommend MyChoize when in Rajasthan.

We reached Madgaon rly station a couple of hours earlier than planned and Bhushanji got us the car early. We were provided with an almost new Baleno. Upon returning the car, the refund was processed smoothly and quickly.
The car had an issue wherein the seatbelt sensors were not working properly and the buzzer was making noise for few mins at each start which was annoying.

Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend this car rental agency.

The car pick and drop was excellent . My choice Mumbai team member Rohan was a great help.

Booked a Baleno Diesel @ Chandigarh.. Excellent & courteous staff. Very Patient. Car was in excellent condition on my trip To & From Shimla. Delivery was hassle free and took no more than 5 mins. They cross checked the cars condition & let me go. Would definitely avail their services again and recommend the same to others. Car rental service.. cant say much about thier service quality as i am yet to recieve refund of security deposit for my last trip which ended today. But staffs are very well behaved. Highly recommended. I will update again after i recieve the refund
