Nice stay at liwa hotel. All staff were good and they professional. Breakfast was awesome. Room and washroom was very cleaned.

I will come again and again to this hotel !!! It is an unusually homely place to stay in Mumbai !!! Fast Service, good rooms, courteous staff and all this at a very reasonable tariff. Don't be misled by the exterior as the front looks very commonplace, but the hotel inside the building is real value for money !!! Highly recommended !!!

I stayed for 5nights for business. Hotel with basic amenities, no frills, cleanliness upto the mark. What makes it distinct is the hospitality of the front desk team. Very helpful and smiling team creating the difference. Always ready to help. Aayan was very welcoming and helpful through out.

Room was clean hygenic and lovely stay

Everything was good but am bit disappointed with the rates and the AC was working very slow so I don’t think so that 2,700rs was worth as we only went to sleep in the night after roaming everywhere in Mumbai. So the rates could be lower down according to me.

The location is perfect, around 500mts from the highway.
Parking is perfect, they have parking on 2nd floor and is accessible with a car elevator, so you wont run out of space for parking.
The rooms can be little bit bigger, but its possible it might have been bigger for 2 bed, as i had booked a 3 bed room.
The bathroom is well maintained, clean and well equipped.
Service is very good, they take care of every little thing and help you out with all your queries.
And last but not the least, the food..its was delicious..i had my lunch, dinner and breakfast the next day, and everything was tasty and well prepared..

Booked the premium room. The furniture and linen was tidy however the windows and some corners could use some cleaning. The equipment in the bathroom was old and barely holding up.

Still giving it 5 stars as the experience and location is was well within the what you’d expect in the price range.

Trusted hotel i have lost 30k in my room and i was checked out then I contacted them i have received my money back
