Incredibly wonderful and kind officers and staff. Never seen a government office so efficient and helpful. Great quality of work as well. Normally you would think of getting spare copies of the fingerprint card in case there’s something wrong but Constable Sir is meticulous at what he does. Office hours are 11am to 3pm.

My experience in the finger print bureau was Amazing. I would like to mention that it was indeed first time in my life where I had a wonderful experience with the Mumbai Police, unlike my bitter experience at other government offices. I was treated with respect and dignity. All staff especially the director, Mr.R.D Kasar sir was extremely helpful, super polite and professional. The Officer who took my Fingerprint is an expert at his job, he maintained politeness, humility and professionalism.

Office opens around 11am.
The staff is very helpful and hardworking. One might think fingerprinting is a quick and easy job but its turns out to be very skilled one.
Please carry the required documents to avoid another trip: Passport, Aadhar ,PAN, 1 Passport size photo, Application , Fingerprinting card, 1 Current address proof , Vaccination certificate and 500rs cash per copy of fingerprint.Originals and a Xerox copy.
To my surprise got done in 70 mins.

Kadam sir is very humble and kind. The staff officers made me very comfortable. I had fun chit-chating with them.
When they came to know about my problem of sending documents overseas amid lockdown they went out of their way to find out available options for me, even followed up on it.

One of the best government agency I recently came accross that provides excellent cutomer service from beginning to end of the process.
The team was extremely professional and went the extra mile to get my process completed by providing me an additional form required by my organization that was missed during my visit on the day of fingerprinting.
The staff was cooperative during and after the process, and let me email a missing document instead of asking me to travel back to Mumbai from Ratnagiri in midst of the lockdown restrictions imposed in Maharashtra.
Special mention to the PI at FPB and the receptionist who even after intermittent calls had an effective communication and a professional behavior towards a distressed client.
I would recommend them unreservedly.

I went there with my mother for her fingerprints for Canada PCC, The entire team handled the application process and fingerprinting so professionally. The staff is very helpful and guided me throughout the process, They have great leadership and feel really fortunate to have received their assistance. They are very professional and helpful.

Excellent hospitality from the staff. Everyone was polite and cheerful in nature. I have a habit of being nervous and due to that I started sweating from my palms. Nevertheless despite of my situation Kadam Sir diverted my mind with casual talks and I was able to print my fingerprints successfully. Such a nice place with awesome staff. I highly recommend to get your fingerprints done from here if you’re applying for abroad visa.

Extremely welcoming staff.
We did not have any idea about the process, the SP Mr Kadam took out time to explain us the entire process in detail. He was very patient and kind. He did this to every applicant. We did miss few things but he always repeated with patience.
Also the other officers are very kind and helpful.
They do not ask or accept any extra money.
A person tried to give mr Kadam sweets as a token of appreciation but he gently denied.:)

Most amazing memorable and sharable experience of my life with Government offices. I was there at 4:15 pm for fingerprint bureau and with staff team work, handed over me fingerprint report at 6:30 pm. I was treated with respect and the whole staff supported to finish job. I was amazed with the excellent quality, super professional and speedy service from each and every staff at the bureau. It’s hard to believe that government officials can actually be so efficient and respectful!

Recently got my fingerprints taken here for PCC from Fbi. Great service by the staff but to ensure that your work is done, please carry every document listed in the photo attached.

It takes approx 2 hours to complete the whole process and costs 500 INR per person. You will have to write an application and submit copies of all the docs listed. Make sure you carry the originals also because they cross-check everything. There is a xerox shop 5 mins walk from this place in case you need it.

I went with my son Aneesh on 13th may. Inspite of the lock down we got full support from the team.
This was an urgent requirement and Director Kadam’s team was very friendly and supportive. Tks a lot to all who did the work with very limited workforce.

First of all I would like to thank Mr. Kadam and team. Its a government department but work is done so efficiently and experience is exceptional. Private firms are offering the same services at enormous rate and this is being done by government at very affordable prices.

Old Structure, Old technique, But Talented Staff.. Totally Helpful, Soft Spoken,Kind,Gentle,Very Well Versed... Sorry I want to write more but I am speechless... Last But Not the Least..
