Impressed by clear communication and frequency. Order acknowledgment via email then subsequent emails on update - stock arrival, shipping date. Then courier updates and courier when and what time (time window and delivered when stated) if one thing you get right for customer is for them to know exactly what’s happening and when. Great job on this. Product good quality and as described. Would shop here again.

Easy to order kept informed of when both my orders were in and an expected delivery date. Came in boxes. Size just perfect for my room and very comfortable, we had the reclining 2 seater and 1 chair. Highly recommend this company and if you need to get in contact with them they answer any questions you may have very professionally.

Very poor service & comparitively very expensive. Max furniture we rcvd needs correction but till dt no response from there side after so many calls n msgs. N still didn't rcvd remaining 2 sofas from last 2yrs after making all d payments clear in advance. Didn't expected such kind of unprofessional & irresponsible behavior from them. 👎👎👎👎👎

This is a designer furniture store that charges you a lot of money but the quality of their furniture is pathetic. Every single piece of furniture that we have purchased from this store has undergone some sort of repair or rectification. The sofa made by them got disfigured a little bit, when their guy came to fix it the comment he made was "if you sit on it quite frequently, it will get disfigured". I don't understand, people buy sofa sets for their homes to sit. The sofa set got disfigured in less than a year. Similar instances with the shoe rack and bathroom cabinets designed by them. The latest one is our dining table that has a pretty expensive stone top has got some massive prominent cracks. Please, if your interior guys or friends/family recommend you this store, please don't go and waste your money
