I had bad experience sending my vehicle for body work, not only consumed months to repair but also did bad shape of the Vehicle, staff need training. Mr. Sanjay did his best as a advisor, unfortunately staff are inexperienced.

Mahindra need to take action otherwise it will become nightmare.

Customer service is almost nil here. Gave my Nissan Terrano for a fuel injector and timing belt change. Held on to my car for a week and made me wait for five hours on the day of delivery and that the work just started after i went to take delivery of the vehicle. Not legit in billing and inexperienced workers who didn't know to unlock the injector after installation. Very poor.

If you want your vehicle in good condition please choose another workshop . Most of the technician doesn't know the work . And the charge is very high .
