I had an appointment with doctor hannef ,It was good cooperation in this hospital..Everyone behaved very well, excpecilly Dr hannef and Anusree, the nurse from opd, helped the best. She did everything very well.

It was the great experience there. I had visited ASTER MIMS kannur branch for my friends check-up.. the total experience was excellent. From reception to security the entire staff which I deal that was very polite, respective responce.. I have doubt about the location also. I called they give very precisely location details.. appreciated coustemr executive And the entire premises is well cleaned and hygiene.. They are treating like a new born baby ,that much clarification they are giving. Such an extra effert are taking all. And I couldn't feel I entered a hospital everybody's smiling face , that face is enough for cure. It's just like a family.I can't express in words these all... And I really appreciate the person who reply those feedbacks.. I should say amazing work. All the feedback reply was very clear and more appreciated.. whether it's he or she is taking lots of efforts and dedication...

Everyone over here are professionals starting from the Doctors, Nurses, Attenders and even the the canteen staff who serves the food to the rooms. I was really surprised to see the quality of the service they offer when my Spouse was admitted in here. Never in my life I have seen in Kerala a Nurse introducing herself as " Hello Sir, My name is Emil, I would be taking care of you through out your time in our hospital". (IP, Seventh Floor, 06-03-2023). (Sister Emil, You will achieve heights for sure.) Our Consultant Dr Ashish P Krishnan listened to us carefully and answered to all our queries even silly questions peacefully. This place makes us believe that we are in safe hands with sophisticated equipment as well as experienced and empathetic staff. The cleaning staff, Food servers all are so well behaved and professional. Every penny spent there is worth the service they offer.
Negatives: Expensive, Severely dusty parking space

This is one of the best and famous hospital in Kannur. I really appreciate all the doctors and nursing staffs for their commitment and friendly behaviour.

Visited MIMS for a full body check up and the service was very nice and pleasant staff. Manya was very pleasant to deal with and explained every process very well. Sania from health lounge also was very good and she took my feedback very well and helped me with my queries.

I have visited here very few times and the service was very good.. especially Dr Haneef and nurse Anusree ....very friendly and nice..Mims is one of the best hospitals in kannur.

Very clean, efficient and friendly staff. I accompanied my wife for a gynecologist visit and the whole process was very quick. A special mention to Mr Ali PK from Medical Value Tourism for his wonderful help. Mr Ali took care of us from the very beginning and guided us through the entire visit.

I am very satisfied with their treatment. And also dr haneef sir nd our sis anusree is very humble, good caring nd loving personality. Their service is very good.

Just wow. Got amazing service from the hospital. The staff in Aster MIMS Kannur really took care us like a family. All the staff were super friendly and supportive. We didn’t even feel like we were in a hospital. Staff always come and check on us. Kudos to the Patient experience team. Doing an amazing job there.
