MRA Bakery and Restaurant (Kannur)

At the heart of city near to railway station. This is one of the only restaurants I can go in confidence to have a good meal any day. Though it's super crowded and noisy the food there is guaranteed to be tasty. They have car parking underground in the same building which is free for customers. They have leghorn Biriyani and many other dishes. They need to improve on their mojitos thigh as I felt it tasted just like seven up in color. Biriyani was amazing.

I visited this Restaurant during my boarding from kannur railway station.This Restaurant is adjacent to kannur railway Station.This is a great place for all the foodies.They are serving quality food.Reasonable time for waiting.

The problem I faced here was there had limited parking space But it is good for train passengers.This Restaurant had a network all over kerala .The Origin of the MRA Restaurant is in Kannur.Food they served had a real Malabar taste.

MRA Bakery and Restaurant (Kannur) Kerala is located very near the Kannur railway station. While my last vacation visited the outlet with my sister.

Before writing about food I want to first comment about the additional qualities of this restaurant which makes it a perfect place for foodies.

Amazing food plus Very huge seating organisations, simple but nice ambience, Friendly and accommodating staff and Very Immeasurable service. Really liked it and highly recommended .. Definitely will visit again.

No doubt food was freshly prepared and the presentation was also good .. All the dishes were amazing and full of taste Overall good food...

Once i ate porotta from here and it tastes like heaven but i went again to eat that again but then it doesnt tasted the same:) but still that hot yum yum porotta is the best i had in my life

One of the best options for food in Kannur. Good ambience, located in the heart of the city right next to the railways station. Great choice for food including Arabian, Indian, regional as well as Chinese dishes. Love how they experiment even with fruit juice combinations to make unique flavours.

Great place for snacks and bakery items purchase. Collection is huge and user friendly to browse. You'll find many unique Kannur snacks here. One stop shopping destination for all your bakery needs.
Cake collection is also huge.

Their restaurant as well is one of the best in Kannur! Mind=blown!

Possibly the best prawn tawa fry. The fish fry, falooda and biriyani were all quite exceptional too.

The veg stew in comparison to their outlet at Taliparamba was less impressive.

It is close to the KANNUR train station and the bus terminal. On the first floor, southern indian food is delicious. Masala dosa and kannur are especially famous for biriyani.

Chicken tikka and fish tikka are also delicious and friendly, and the service is really good. You can have fun with your family and friends in a spacious, too place.

The bakery sells a wide variety of breads and sweets.

Nothing but a clean and neat ambience... Whenever visit Kannur I prefer MRA for lunch... Very well maintained and hygienic.. Food was so Good wich makes re-visit.. plenty parking lot and located near to Railway Station...

An awesome place to hangout. Best sweets available. I am from Delhi and I found most of the North Indian sweets available here ( like kaju barfi, kaju katli, rabdi, boondi ladoo, Tim Tim, rasmalai, gulab jamun etc. Along with the famous North Indian sweets you will also find mouth watering South India delicacy. A/C and non A/C restaurant available. Helpful and easy going staff. Public restroom and basement parking available. Try "Dancing Tea" from here .. simply awesome.

Great restaurant in Kannur. Located just near the railway station. Has parking facilities. Great food. Must try Alleppey fish curry! Above average service. Nice ambiance with yellow bit dim light( NB: struggle to take good photos). Good dessert options available. Varieties of menu.

It is rare to find such great restaurants outside a railway station. Am head over heels for their lip-smacking food. Well maintained. Thanks a lot

I liked this outlet... One can get variety of stuffs here. If you need bakery items it's inside the shop in ground floor...if you need snacks its in ground floor outside the main shop facing towards railway station and if you are too hungry then at first floor they have restaurant s...well planned shop i would say...

I have tried many items many times frim here, they keep the quality of the food always at the peek, porotta... Superb.. And of course thier vellappam... Wwhaaa.. The crispiness 🥰🥰🥰 and thier beef coconut fry.... I dont have anything negative to say about the experience i had from here.. The price you may feel little higher but the food is worth for it 🥰 the ambience also superb.

Great food. Super location. Found this place by coincidence on our last night in Kannur, but loved it. On time service. Nice seating. Centrally located. Nice ambience. Good option for North Indian and vegetarian food. Wish we had found this place earlier.
They have great bakery too in ground floor.

MRA restaurant in front of Kannur railway station serves delicious food, service is also good.

Don't miss out the fish fry, you can choose the raw fish from freezer and get it fried, price is as per weight.

Desserts are also worth a try.

Note that the bakery is in the ground floor and restaurant is located at first floor.

This place was recommended by my cousin. I never it would be so good. Just enjoyed the food. It looked crowded but the staff managed it well. The food was really yummy. They also got bakery options in the ground floor. You could buy some delicious sweets for your loved ones. I would say one of the must try restaurant when you visit Kannur.
