A place that you can trust. Its extremely rare to find honest and trustworthy service centres these days, i have been here couple of times and every single visit turns out to exceed my expectations. Staffs are humble, trustworthy and have a ready to help attitude. Unlike most of the other service stations, they don’t try to extract money by replacing parts. While replacement is the slogan for most of the centres, VW Kannur is committed to resolve issues by applying utmost professional and skilled methodologies. They diagnose the issues carefully and suggest right recommendations and resolutions. Recently i visited the showroom to sort out a misfire and engine compartment jerking glitch. Service advisor Amal was excellent in triaging the problem and helped to perform a comprehensive check up and cleaning the injector, he had also accommodated several other minor rectifications and delivered the car on the same day. I was told by other service centres to replace the injector and disc rotor which would have incurred a huge cost. Kudos to the team over here for their professional mind set and customer centric attitude.

Wonderful and really satisfied with Mr.Athul Mohanan . Being a service advisor he took care of all his duties very well. Peiodically updated us with status updates , and was able to deliver the car on time after completing all the works. People like you are needed in this area who has very good customer service skills. I have been to thrissur, Palakkad, kannur, Bangalore , Avinashi service centers and where ever it is operated by phoneix , they seem to provide much better service than others. Hats off to the team!!!!
