Wonderful experience shopping here. Got shoes for my kid and belt for self.staff is very helpful and know about the availablity of items. Stock was full and fresh. Staff helped me in billing and getting a discount of Rs 500/-. That says about their professionalism. Only thing , their ac wasn't working. I think store was about to close that's why. Otherwise no complaints.

Bata has always exceeded the expectations. Therefore on my visit to country I wanted to shop there. The only store where they had ample of collection… better than Elante or any mall. The service was amazing.

A great place to buy shoes, slippers or slip-ons. The staff is courteous and the prices pocket friendly. There is ample space to walkabout and try your shoes before buying them. One of the better bata stores I say!

Old and trusted Indian brand of shoes. Many like it. I many times prefer this brand. In sports shoe category also they brought in good shoes.

Bought product at discount was surprised that it had one and a half year old manufacturing date. Surprise to note that store incharge was not willing to share ASM contact details for further interaction.
