Wonderful! Affectionate and helping staff! Its a boon for senior citizens! I had been there to deposit money! Despite defective deposit ATM, A girl staff member of ICICI bank HELPED ME TO GET THE MONEY DEPOSITED. All her colleagues were helpful and I successfully deposited the money. I am highly thankful to the girl employee of ICICI who used her personal mobile for solving my problem.
With best wishes to the ICICI bank and congratulate with the blessings that success will always be in favour of such a bank whose staff is so affection for the customers.

They need some more staff to handle customers or must have some queue based system as No chairs installed inside meanwhile people can locate sitting outside bank. Needs better management of customer handling and sales team also help to quickly resolve customer issues and should not play pubg on their phone at workplace..while there is long queue is standing to resolve their issues.

Very bad experience m coming here from last 8 day regularly for cash deposit but on cash deposit counter madam Etika Aggarwal always asking for wating and some other excuses giving …m losting my most of time over here what great service they provide with there customers m never want to make any account with icic bank in my future very bad experience

Very Poor Service in branch. I wonder why ICICI BANK has opened branches where in employees are not willing to provide service to their walk in Customer. I visited today to the bank and asked Teller for cash deposit she completely denied by saying me to use the machine she will not help as bank has asked them to not deposit cash on counter. Such rude employees will lead the brand downward only.

Very pure customer service we visited at 3:30 but first they say Timings are till 3:30 but when we showed them Timings given online then they made other excuse of server down please tell your employees to come up with some other new excuse

when u visit the cash deposit machine its not working always...very unprofessional

today i went to the bank it refused at 3:00 pm because the banks were closed.

this branch employee is very poor services and behewear very rudly so icici bank very poor services
