Sree Ayyappa Temple, Chandigarh, established in the year 1991 in the twin capital of Punjab and Haryana has come up as the most famous and prominent Lord Ayyappa Temple in the northern part of our country. With the untrammelled shower of blessings of the Gods along with the altruistic dedication of all the Malayalees in and around the tricity and the whole-hearted support provided by people here as also by the CHD Administration, the Temple has been able to establish it as a symbol of secularity and boundless love towards humanity.

Divine place for worshipping lord Ayyapa . Lord Ganesha and Devi temple also located side by the main temple.Spritual environment and very well managed campus. Special offerings like vahana Pooja and homas counter is there. You can feel peace of mind after entering the primises. Routine poojas and offerings conducted by deputed pujaries/mailshanti very nearly.

Yesterday I visited this temple with Ludhiana Sree Ayyappa Temple Committee Members and participated in Idol Installation Day Ceremony. Sree Ayyappa Temple, Chandigarh, established in the year 1991 in the twin capital of Punjab and Haryana has come up as the most famous and prominent Lord Ayyappa Temple in the northern part of our country. With the untrammelled shower of blessings of the Gods along with the altruistic dedication of all the Malayalees in and around the tricity and the whole-hearted support provided by people here as also by the Chandigarh Administration, the Temple has been able to establish it as a symbol of secularity and boundless love towards humanity. Hundreds and thousands visit to pay obeisance to Lord Ayyappa every year and get blessed by the divine power. It is with the blessings of Lord Ayyappa that the vision of a handful of aspiring Ayyappa Bhaktas in the tricity to spread the eternal truth of “Tat Tvam Asi” has been successful through this Holy-place.

I have been a regular visitor and is a devotee of Lord Ayyappa. The prayers on Saturday evening is auspicious and divine. I miss the moments. Swamiye Saranam Ayyappa. The Annual Puja and gathering during Onam and Vishu is unforgettable. 🙏

Swami Saranam.. This Temple is one such Institution of which each and every Malayalee residing anywhere in the Tricity or have come here for a short visit, must be proud of. Devotees come to this Lord Ayyappa Sannidhaanam completely engrossed in Bhakti Bhaavam and totally free from all the taboos like religion, caste, creed etc. With the sole aim of attaining peace and serenity with the Punya-darshanam of the divine power Lord Ayyappa Swami.
