Shri Karthikeya Swami Temple

This is a temple of Lord Kartikeya and has beautiful South Indian architecture. There are idols of other Hindu Gods as well. The temple is just adjacent to the Lord Jagannath temple

It's nice to see South Indian style temple in Chandigarh. But North Indians are given unwelcoming vibes.

Here we can see lots of Tamil People. For south people it is the best place to get south contact in the city. Visit on any occasions like Pradhosham, Kruthigai, Thaipoosam, Friday etc.

Lord karthikeya Swamy temple established in 1982 in airforce complex, access for public. Been for Rajadhabhandanam Khumbhabishekam 25 May 2023, blessed to see and flooded with senior patrons, tamil people's and locals.

Wonderful Hindu worship place in Chandigarh

It was a divine feeling, when I went to this beautiful temple in Chandigarh along with my parents. This temple is located in Defense area. It is a very peaceful place. Mostly people from Southern India origin come here. We went here in a cab. Japanese garden is nearby. After the visit in this temple, everything is turning good to me, as I believe.

Amazing temple but construction is going on in current time..
So it was closed and it was opened after 5pm at that day.

This was my first time visiting any South Indian temple and the experience was fascinating 😍

Proper south Indian temple. Very pious environment. You feel onewith the lord here. Various Pooja's are performed here and they bring people from south to perform loads of wonderful functions. Keep it up and hats off. People who misses home this would be a home away from home .

It's the most peaceful temple. Their is a priest their named murli. He is really very kind and sweet. He helped me and my friend. The best person I met in chandigarh 😊😇

This Temple is located in 31D, Chandigarh. Besides is located the Puri Jagannath temple. Nice ambience and free from vehicular traffic. Parking is available (no wheelchair parking is available). Flowers, coconut and oil and ghee lamps are available. Apart from Karthikeya diety many other dieties are established.

Best south indian temple in Chandigarh. They do pooja on almost every other day. Well maintained temple. Must visit.
