The Belstead Hotel

My parents stayed at this hotel to attend a function in Chennai. They were pleased with the hotel's amenities, friendly staff members, and overall stay experience. They loved the food provided in the hotel's restaurant and the complimentary breakfast. They also mentioned that the check-in and check-out procedures were very smooth and easy.
Based on my parents' comments, I recommend this hotel for short stays.

Had the pleasure to stay in the hotel for 7 days. Really good hotel in the middle of the city. If possible, would have given a additional star for the staff. Found each and every staff to be really courteous and helpful. Food was awesome. Tried all different kinds of food, right from Indian to continental and the taste was equally good. Kudos to the chef. Overall a fabulous experience.

really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff.specially house keeping staff .All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Even food was also nice. Will recommend for family stay.

We had 2 nights in this hotel and it was fabulous. The location is good, close to the museum and approx a 10 minutes drive to Marina Beach and about the same to the big shopping district where you'll find The Chennai Silks. The room was spacious, the bathroom modern, the water pressure was good and hot. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. It is a very reasonably priced hotel.

This was a great hotel. I really like the location and service provided. Will definitely visit again.
One small problem was the commodes could have been cleaned a little bit better before check-in. However I understand the cleaning staffs are really doing their best. Other than that its a great hotel and very welcoming ambience.

Great hospitality and pleasant stay. All the staffs are very polite and extremely helpful. Food tastes good. Special thanks to Mr. Rafique who patiently spent time playing and running around with my 2 years old Aarvi. Plan your stay here and you will not regret. The place is very close to marina beach and museum.

I’ll always remember this hotel for its great hospitality, yummy food at AOLI and 5 star experience at such a reasonable price. Their staffs are great, food was top notch, room was great, some amenities were provided upon asking, breakfast was good too! The whole experience was very wholesome and I’m grateful we stayed there!

We had a fantastic experience at The Belstead hotel Nungambakkam. The luxurious accommodations, impeccable service, and attention to detail truly exceeded our expectations. I walked into the hotel with a very minimal experience. Not only location turned to be good but also some decent market and cafeterias are around the hotel.
Because of paucity of rooms I was upgraded to a suite. Needless to say that experience has been terrific and beyond expectations.

We stayed for 2 night and our experience was truly amazing. Starting from chech-in to check-out everything was 5 star experience. You have wallet parking, within the limited space, they take care of the vehicle well and they are kind. Special mention to the restaurant. We had free breakfast which was awesome and we tried dinner one night which tasted really superb. We had phulka and garlic naan with chilly chicken dry and Gobi Manchurian semi gravy which was excellent. Location is also on heart of the city. Will strongly recommend.

A memorable stay here !

Starting from Amazing pre-booking experience and service given by manager Mr. Murali to accommodate special requests and exceptions, smooth early check-in experience due to arrival as planned, it was operated by Mr. Shoaib and handled nicely.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Bathroom was clean and As we were a group, we got room on the same floor upon informing staff.

The restaurant was serving amazing breakfast (complimentary) and lunch / dinner options were endless and homely especially phulkas.

During my stay I really amazed to get such great service and experience. Few names to mention:

Nisha, Teja, James, Tapan and Ramdas

Felt like home for 3 days and will visit again.

We stayed here for 6 days during the deepavali week 2023. Our stay here was a pleasant one, the staff were polite, courteous and helpful especially Mr Rafique and Ms Nisha as well as the waiters and waitresses at the hotel restaurant. Rafique went out of his way to assist a family member who required medical aid. Breakfast spread was good as well. When we are in chennai we ll most probably come back and stay in the same hotel.

One of the Best stay in Chennai.We lost a gold ear ring, but they called us on the next day that they found it. Extremely honest and wonderful place to stay.

Paradise with no online rating!!! Amazing rooms with all facilities.The staffs were really polite and helpful, especially Mr.Rafeek.Never seen such a service mentality from staffs in any other usual places.Because of him, our stay was extra comfortable.A gem sorta guy.All total i would say dont fall into online traps.Must book place!!!
