We were here for a short trip and since we were coming by train we chose this. This is a very very nice hotel for the price range and it's very close to Egmore railway station/metro. It's very much walkable less than 250 Mtrs.

Rooms are good and very clean they provide free WiFi and Flat screen TV with a good number of channels for entertainment.

I literally loved their buffet breakfast. One of the best taste wise amongst the hotels i have been in Chennai.

They have a Chinese restaurant in the ground floor. Not tried it but heard it's good as well.

Overall I will recommend this hotel for family as well as solo business travellers and it's a good value for money hotel.

Firstly I would like to talk about the location of this hotel , right smack In the heart of the city . We came for a business stay and absolutely loved the hotel . Staff were very courteous and the rooms very decent in size and clean . Hotel has good amenities and I'm a personal fan of their pan Asian restaurant enoki which was absolutely delicious. Would defined recommend this property .

Had a pleasant stay of one week. Well maintained hotel. Excellent restaurant with very delicious food and very cooperative staff. The restaurant manager (Mr. Baburaj) doing an excellent job right from welcoming guests to the restaurant. Reception staff are good but need more professional training in handling the desk and interacting with the guests.

The service was good in this hotel. There is a bar and restaurants and they do have an exclusive Housekeeping room attendant Vamsee given nice helpul service The hotel is also located at a convenient place. It's just a little way from the metro station and railway station. It's well connected so whoever is traveling there can stay in here with good amenities and have a luxurious experience

I was injured in my left leg....the staffs were assisting me like their family members...wheel chair was provided .. housekeeping was awesome especially Mariammal was so kind and polite staff...reception kept on calling me to ask whether I am fine or not becoz if my injury....so lovely place..felt home

The hotel staff is very cordial and helpful, they are hard working and humble especially Devati and Jhantush , thanks a lot for the service.The management is good and the food is great as well.
If you are into Asian food like me do visit thier hotel Vaigai which makes excellent asian cuisines, the cook and waiting staff is very well trained and service is excellent just like thier food.

Just opposite to Egmore Railway Station easy to commute.
Staff-personnels: Well behaved,polite, helpful.
Room service & House keeping: Wonderful. Ms.Palani was excellent and very helpful.

Very spacious rooms, delicious food & staff behaviour is good. Room cleaning service is very polite people especially mr.uthamankumar they clean the room regular basis.

Stayed for 5 days. Food and hospitality was excellent. Rooms are clean and located in centrally located place. Staff was very courteous

Fortel has been our to go place for any event . We've had an engagement ceremony and also my baby shower event at this place . The staff is super helpful and polite , always ready to serve us and give the best .

I am from Nepal, a week ago I was staying in Fortel hotel chennai India hotel is very clean and tidy and hotel staff are very nice housekeeping room attendant he's name is Vamsi he's giving me a wonderful service speak well english very nice thank u FORTEL HOTEL.

We have attended our Employees Cooperative society meeting today. After the meeting we had a nice vegetarian buffet dinner. All the items were so good. The ambience is cozy.

Excellent ambience...wow experience in bar. Very gud staffs and friendly move. Sure will have a gud experience.

The hotel service was really good and mainly Ms. Sheena in the reception was very friendly and helpful great job.

Went on a business trip and found this hotel very clean, quiet and comfortable for my short period of stay in Chennai Egmore. The hotel staff are professional and amicable.
Value for money is still I would say decent but the prices should be little bit less.
Overall a nice experience and that too a peaceful one.
