It was a wonderful experience. Clean and neatly maintained rooms, located in the prime location of T Nagar.. Staffs are polite and attentive, also their complimentary breakfast is very good.. you can also get outside food delivered as there are plenty of options around this area.. Exceptional service and cost effective, will recommend for all family visits. Only issue is they have limited and cramped car parking..

Stayed in Lotus for five days. It was a wonderful experience. The staff was attentive towards everything, be it the different breakfast menus, getting us extra utensils to have our dinner, housekeeping to name a few. The location is perfect as in 5-10 mins there are several restaurants and shops available. Rooms are kept squeaky clean at all times. Exceptional service and will recommend for all family visits.

Located in the centre of T nagar . The rooms are clean . The total ambience of the building itself is very good and pleasant all over the place .

They have a lot of parking space as well.
I had an issue with my AC not working and they had staff inhouse to address and sort the issue immediately

Best for family. Neat and secure

1. The rooms were neat, well organized, good bathroom and shower, spacious, had free tea, mineral water and hot water kettle and more. 2. It was quiet in the night.
They need to replace the blinds in the window to a curtain as we checked in during the wee hours and had to sleep late - the light coming in disturbed our sleep. Good courteous staff.

One of the best hotels I've stayed here in Chennai.

This was a corporate MAP booking for 15 days, breakfast and one major meal.. no option for the menu but quantity given is more than enough for one person, menu is essentially South Indian. There is complimentary laundry of 2 pieces per day, and 2 500ml water bottles. Room service done every day. Room was very spacious and clothes i gave for drying inside dried up overnight without any hassle. Area is very clean with broad safe road, very upmarket feel to the area. Nandanam metro is only 5 mins walk away.

We went to Chennai from Sri Lanka and stayed in Lotus Apartments Hotel, Burkit Road for two days. Clean atmosphere and helpful staff. Few choices but an excellent breakfast. Highly appreciate the service of Mr. Das and Mr. Gokul. Highly recommended
