Out of all the gyms I had joined, I would consider this gym as the best. The coach/trainers are very friendly and chill. The equipments are really good. Overall this is a perfect 5/5.

At slam Kilpauk, you'll find great machines that actually work and trainers who are super friendly. It's a really nice place to get fit and everyone there wants to help you out. You should definitely check it out if you're looking for a gym where you'll feel comfortable and supported.

This is one of the best fitness centre ever. Here I got the best trainer Sri.Ahwin. He treat the the clients very polite and give us good results.

I have been working out here for almost 9 months. The hygiene gym I have ever seen in Chennai. The gym is well equipped with high end equipment. The greatest part of the gym is it is 24/7. We can never miss our workout!

I have been coming to this for the past 2 months and I have found the support staff extremely helpful.
The plus points of this gym are that they are open 24/7 ( accessible via biometrics) and there are a good number of cardio and weight training equipments. As I am a novice, I am still to explore the full extent of the gym but there are a couple of folks who are serious gym goers and they seem to have a good experience as well.

I joined Slam Kilpauk quite recently and I opted General Training. I was a bit worried whether they'd not give me the required attention in the beginning but I was surprised and overly excited by the way Coach Surya and Vipin helped me out. They guided me in the beginning and shared required knowledge about each and every workout. The gym also looks clean and hygienic, I highly recommend it.

By far the best facility around. SLAM Kilpauk got the best GYM equipments with professional trainers to help your daily workout. From the ownership to management, to the staff, by far the best gym in the Kilpauk locality. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend SLAM to anyone. I am certainly satisfied thus far and have been blown away by my experience at SLAM KILPAUK.

So far the beat gym I've come across in this area. I've tried all the gym nearby. None have this much equipments and friendly environment with AC. No extra money to access cardio machines

Excellent it is very helpful to reduce the weight lost and there are extraordinary equipment to workout and couches are very supportive.
