Fitness ONE Gym Ashok Nagar

This gym is one of the best out there and affordable. Be it the trainers or the equipments or the facilities everything the amazing. It was my first time going to a Gym and the trainers there made me comfortable and patiently helped me. The equipments are well maintained. The overall atmosphere is good and well ventilated.

After a hard spending an hour in the gym . And my trainer sudha taking a good care . As a beginner that first few days are very important as that when we learn right from of exercise here i like to mention my coach sudha for helping me out in this early stages.

Peaceful ambience and calm to workout. Trainers are people friendly. My personal trainer praveen such a good trainee to reduce fat and transform my body shape into a good form. Need to experience this gym once.

This Gym is spacious and Has good atmosphere to workout. And trainer Sudha is very approachable, instructs us properly and motivates to reach our goals.

Fitness One Gym is highly recommended 'cos of their professional trainers, Amazing facility, top equipment and great environment. Excellent place to workout and build your muscles stronger. The gym has very good equipments for Cardio. The trainers are well mannered and very professional which helps to improvise the areas you really need.

I have been working out in fitness one , Ashok Nagar for a span of 6 months..
I was 85 kgs when I joined and took functional training and lost about 20kgs
I was fully assisted, all the equipment’s was nicely maintained
I was comfortable to visit the gym 5 days per week.
They have assisted me with my body metabolism and to maintain my weight,
They have helped me with timings
Hence, I prolonged my fitness journey and it’s fabulous .
Thanks to the staffs too who are well-trained,
