F45 Training Nungambakkam

While travelling for my work between cities,I had the opportunity to visit Chennai and stayed near nungambakkam, The place was a little hard to find but once I entered the studio it was all well and good! The trainers were super friendly and mindful of my condition while working out! The workouts were diverse and effective and after 2 weeks of doing their workouts I lost a good amount of weight and felt good about myself when I was preparing to leave the city for my next work station! 10/10 recommended!

The people here are incredibly friendly and supportive. The sense of community here is fantastic, and after sharing my injuries the trainers help strike the perfect balance between accommodating my pace and pushing me when necessary. Highly recommend!

Been to three different F45 studios, including one in Northern California and hands down this studio wins. The trainers are very hands on to make sure you’re form is proper and that you’re challenging yourself the right amount. They’re great about modifications to exercises to easily accommodate varying fitness levels and ages. If you want to lose weight, maintain fitness, or just build a fun new peer group, this is the place to be!
