I was hospitalized at AKG Hospital recently due to a chest infection and pneumonia. I want to express my gratitude for the care I received from the doctors and staff during my stay.

Dr. KP Balakrishna Pothuval-[KPBP] displayed a great deal of care and concern. I am eternally grateful to Dr. KPBP for everything he has done. From the moment I was admitted, Dr. KPBP exuded warmth and empathy. With a gentle talk, smile and a calming presence, he patiently listened to my concerns and thoroughly explained my diagnosis and treatment plan.
He ensured that I received the best possible treatment, coordinating with other members of the medical team and keeping me informed of my progress. He also made sure that my family members were well-informed and supported throughout my hospitalization.Thanks to Dr. KPBP's expertise and compassionate care, I made a full recovery from Chest infection and pneumonia. I am really thankful again for his exceptional medical care and the positive impact he had on my physical and emotional well-being. He is a true testament to the healing power of medicine and human connection
All the other doctors and 'most of the nurses' provided excellent service. They were knowledgeable, experienced, and compassionate. I felt confident that I was in good hands. The hospital itself was clean and modern. After the causality, they shifted me to the general ward.
On the second day, I got a room in a new building with the help of Mrs. Shiji, the PRO. My room was spacious and comfortable with AC and TV.
The food in the canteen was also nice. Their door delivery service was also very good.
The discharge process was smooth and efficient.
And I would also like to mention that while i was being treated at the hospital I had additional support from a 'Dr.Mithunlal K Mukundan' both emotionally & mentally with great encouragement. Even though I was not directly his patient he took the time from his busy schedule to come & meet me some days which is beyond my expectation. I would like to personally thank him for focusing on getting me better & back to recovery

Overall, I had a very positive experience at AKG Hospital. AKG Hospital is a highly recommended medical facility for anyone in need of medical care.

The overall experience was excellent! The reception and entire staff were very helpful during my visit. The doctor and nurse provided good care. The parking and security were also commendable. I appreciate the excellent service I received

When I came to see Dr Jayadev, I got good service from AKG Hospital. Very friendly nursing staff. Physiotherapy department is excellent. The new parking facility is good. The existing canteen system is not suitable for such a large hospital. It should be improved.

My grandfather had stayed at AKG Hospital in a Executive Super Deluxe room (E3) . Every aspect of his stay, from the warm welcome to the attentive care by the medical staff and the doctor's proficiency, was exceptional. The comfortable room, along with the compassionate care and modern amenities, made his recovery much easier. We're grateful for the outstanding service and highly recommend AKG Hospital for anyone seeking top-notch medical care in a comfortable environment.

Dr. Sreehari in the Orthopedic Surgery department provided exceptional care, contributing to a positive medical experience.

However, the pharmacy area left much to be desired. The crowd was overwhelming, making it inconvenient for patients. It would be beneficial for the hospital to address this issue and improve the efficiency of their pharmacy services.

Additionally, the outside canteen setup needs upgrading, and the behavior of the staff there could be more customer-friendly. The absence of Google Pay was surprising in this digital age, causing a minor inconvenience.

I am a long time associate with AKG hospital.I have used the hospital for various purposes of the local people as a personal and as a public worker.Secretary Sri Vikas ...... and PRO Sri. KV Ashokan are doing well for the institution and for the patients.........PRO Ashoketan has been working tirelessly to provide necessary assistance to the patients and attendants who arrive there without any restThe APRO of the hospital, Mrs. Shiji, has been very sincere in helping the patients.It was seen that she is sincerely trying to provide all kinds of help to the patients.
With professional treatment and good interaction of officers like these, the institution becomes more popular.....

No. 1 hospital in kannur. We can easily find from normal hospital, there is alot of discount &now the hospital authorities taking karunya in there, its helpful for so many peoples, only 1 issue meet there parking. There is no place to park you're vehicle it's a big problem all over it's good am from kasargod but. I liked this hospital. Am spend there almost 1 week

AKG Memorial Co-op Hospital in Talap, Kannur on NH is an ideally located and easy accessible Hospital in Kannur City limits. It is centrally located.

A well equipped hospital - accessible to common man's pocket. Even medicines are provided at a nominal discount. Almost all medical departments under one house, and well experienced doctors' availability is a helpful factor....🙂👍
