Good Service from staff .

I have been to this place a few times to send letters and parcels and my experience has been so so. There are usually two gentlemen and a lady in this office.

Don't expect "customer service" or "polite behaviour" in this place because you won't get any. The lady who works here is quite rude and the number of times I have entered the office for an enquiry, she looked at me as if it is a burden to talk to me.

The other two men working here are nice and get the work done. Also, don't expect anything to be done quickly, even sending a card will take you 15-20mins minimum.

I went at 3:10 pm since it was mention (closed by 4 pm)and the staff were also there but the they rejected my parcel saying they were closed by 3 pm. They are not following the process
Hence I’m feeling disappointed and this is below my expectation

The man on the shift was very rude, no way to talk to a girl and these people all are working in the India post office but different locations will have different rules of them, in one place they said to pack the parcel before bringing and then here they are saying who told you no one will say you we will check first and then you will pack. I went from far and hardly any shops were open at the time and didn't consider that as well.

Such a worse service provided by the staff,The office wasn’t busy at all but the person working there let us wait nd wait and he was just on his own world,Their UPI scanner service was down and that i have to go outside the campus and search for a cash,After getting the cash i re went again nd gave it but they said it’s lunch break now.I beg them to do it as its not even going to take a minute,They asked for 3rs change which I don’t have i told them they can just charge 10rs instead of 3rs but he denied,The person next to that guy was willing to give 3rs but he still took 10rs extra which he didn’t accepted at first.Such a rude employee of Tata company,This is totally unacceptable,The company needs to look into this matter on a serious note!

This post offices is one generation old legacy . They can not come out of that lazy mindset. If you want to open one NSC it takes 3rounds to do this. If you want to encash it then 4rounds

अतिशय घाणेरडा स्टाफ आहे नेहमी आळस दाखवतात, बघा तेव्हा प्रिंटर खराब आहे असे सांगतात, खूप अकडून बोलतात, जास्त लेटर बघितले की दुसऱ्या पोस्टात पाठवतात, एक माणूस सुट्टी घेतली की दुसरा काम करीत नाही कुणी नसल्याचे कारण देऊन पाठवतात , सर्व स्टाफ बदला अशी विनंती
