Went today to clear my international parcel.. very systematic.. and no corruption at all.. just u need to take all relevant documents along with photo ID.. and they will cross check your parcel & invoice + payment details how u paid.. once all clear .. it will be released to india post & you will get your parcel at postal address only ... “ U CANNOT COLLECT FROM CUSTOMS “ remember ...! Because EMS process should complete as per courier service .. thats there procedure.. so dont worry about your parcel ... if your parcel is stuck in mumbai customs.. just go personally and sort it. Job done

I imported books. Got the parcel fast and without any damage.

mumbai Apso inland is one branch of AIR MAIL STG DIV. only closed bags as Registered, Letters and special etc bags handling in this office. there is no dealings between customers and officials about parcels. so please do not post any nonsense comments about Mumbai Apso Inland.

One the worst pathetic customs in the world the height of corruption is unbelievable they charge a hefty amount for the package u send from abroad. They charged me 110% custom duty for my package n funny thing is there's a agent in between delivery who calls n asks for money they don't accept cheque payments so that ull b able to track the transaction later they ask to do cash payments. And as usual they don't answer any calls or reply to emails sent to them. So be careful.

Then the universe sends your parcel to Mumbai Apso and gets lost forever.
Just want to inform everyone here. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING THAT COMES VIA INDIA POSTS - it is a waste of time since 2022 after the covid 19 these people got back to the stone age and they sent staff with boat instead of plane like USA and European cities.Save Time and money STAY OUT OF ANY INDIA POST SERVICE and keep your health

phone number is always out of service.held my parcel since 12-1-2020.no communication. not able to get in touch with them. contacted india post. india post doesnt want to give any contact number of mumbai customs and want me to search contact info on the internet. two departments working together and dont want to communicate with each other and want us to contact the other(mumbai customs) department and find out the reason why the parcel was held from more than a month without any communication. i see lot of opportunities to improve here for both the departments.

No one picks the call! No proper status of the parcel, this is why we need to privatize few of the government stuffs.

Worst service for clients no body is answering calls ,they do not deliver parcel at time infact they holding the parcel for long time for no reason,how could we go for this worst govt.facilities

My parcel is held from 07-01-2020 , this number is out of service as always , there is no other number , i tried sending emails to CBIC and even posted on twitter but no reply, very -2 bad service, don't know if they have eaten up my products or distributed within the staff and their relatives

Edit: for people whose parcel is still stuck , you need to fill fssai form as attached and send them email providing your BY Number received from india post and the invoice copy

This is one of the corrupt department of our country.. they never pick call, ridiculous service, govt should take some action for this corrupt department.

Worst post office in whole of Mumbai .they are holding my post from past 4_5 days ..useless staff..good for nothing...all are corrupted ..

I called on this no. like 1000 times they never pick up calls.Corrupt officers are working in this office.A friend of mine was asked to pay bribe.Complaining to higher officials.

These people are the worst. They never pick up phone and when they do they pick it up and keep it on the table so nobody can call them. I don't know why they even bother they also never reply to emails. Worst customer service ever.
