My Father-in-Law Mr. Jayaraman had been diagnosed with Large subacute/ acute on subacute subdural haematoma is noted in the right fronto-parietal region, maximum thickness measuring 2.5 cm through MRI when he came to chennai for his Master health checkup.

Our family doctor and best friend Dr. Balakumar has advised us to consult with Senior Neuro Surgeon Dr. Joy Varghese immediately and Dr. Joy is jem and advised us precise steps of procedures to fix the problem when we met him first time itself and gave great confidence.

Through Dr. Joy’s wast experience, both Angeo and burhole procedures was successfully completed. Very big thanks to Dr. Joy on his friendly approach and confidence to the patient and family members and ofcourse timely support by Dr. Balakumar through out the whole process.

They were one of the most kindest and sweetest nurses I have ever met. Very professional and ensured I received constant support to recover quickly.

Many thanks to my house keeping team Vasanthi, latha, Jothimani and Murugen- ensured my rooms were kept clean throughly at all times. They worked extremely hard to ensure I was comfortable in my room.

The process right from booking appointment to check in to exit was smooth. The doctor was par excellence and reassuring. They should augment parking space or institute parking arrangements esp multi level.

Starting with the professional medical care to house keeping, the doctor and staff of the hospital made me feel safe and cared. During the last three months I had to undergo two surgeries and both times I was very happy with the friendly nursing staff, the ever ready house keeping staff and the catering staff.

I m undergoing renal transplant recipient admited in omr apollo perungudi Transplant ICU, I received excellent nursing Servicing they are behaving good and guidance also good, feelings very happy because they are very good personality and good manner aloso very quick services. Recently on 14th September, Prompt action at the emergency and by the cardiologist helped to save my life. Extremely quick action. No time was wasted. Very professional doctors. Even the ambulance came in a jiffy with all life saving equipments in working conditions. The paramedics was coordinating with the emergency doctors and treated my while I was in the ambulance. IP Manager: Ms. Uma

Staff Nurses and Sisters

Housekeeping Team

1st floor services were very good, hospital staff and nurses were supportive and attentive the whole time.
Housekeeping is good and meals are also on time.
MICU treatment was also good, to have more seats in waiting areas will be helpful.

I had undergone Renal Transplantation here. The doctors: DR . Raja Mahesh Dr. Venkatesh Dr . Sakthi ram were really took care very well. Especially the staffs(Nurses) Mr. Suresh Babu ,mrs . Lakshmi,
Ananthi , Sasi Bala, komali, maniyammai,soumili, uma, Roseline, dhiviya in Renal Transplant ICU took care like their own sister and they helped us in every way and their services is extraordinary .

My wife got admitted at Omr Apollo Perungudi for her first delivery under Dr Nithya Babukumar. Such awesome care poured by hospital, staffs and doctors.
The hospital maintenance was world-class, and staff assistance was awesome.

The hospital nurses were so dedicated, especially I wish to mention labour ward, nurses, NICU nurses and third floor nurses team. They were available on all the time and took care of mother and baby very well.

Supporting staff at the hospital were so polite and helpful. Mr Moorthy from Billing team, mr Vijayakumar who helps to get the birth certificate within two days, mr Mohan from housekeeping team should be mention specially.

We are deeply impressed with the following services of the hospital, which require worthwhile elaboration as follows:
Dr. Wahida Suresh is incredibly kind, professional, and passionate. Her commitment was evident when she took personal care, even while traveling, and came directly to the hospital from the airport to attend to my wife. We salute such selfless doctors, as they are the reason we continue to hold our faith and respect for this noble medical profession.
The following staff members also deserve individual recognition for their excellent support during admission: Dr. Karthika, and Nurses Ms. Malini, Ms. Parimala, Ms. Anitha, Ms. Mayavathi, Ms. Savari, Ms. Anushuya, Ms. Manisha, Ms. Sivalakshmi, Ms. Anandi from customer care and Ms. Vijayalakshmi from insurance team. There was never a need for requests or reminders for service; everything was promptly and kindly taken care of.
The food was served on time, and even attenders were served in their rooms. My mother-in-law even compared the coffee to that of Saravana Bhavan, and the canteen meals were delicious as well.
Having said all of that, the only area for improvement would be the network server, which experienced some downtime. Even that issue was addressed promptly and resolved as soon as possible.

My wife Mrs. SHANDHINI has suffered from dengue fever and got admitted in Apollo, OMR ( IP 1131) on 22nd oct 2023 @ 1.00 AM. This is the first time I have entered in this hospital. From the moment I entered the premises it feels good. The service they rendered is ultimate. Responding of doctors, reception staffs, dietician, billing process, insurance process is so good. Most satisfied dept is nursing and catering. No words to say about that. The care taken by the nurses in IP is so so good. Mr. Karthik and Mr. Ramesh from catering service is so polite and good. Offered on time and good quality food to the patient is really a good thing to appreciate. Thanks for showering good care to the patient. My Wife Dr Viveka undergone a LSCS at Apollo OMR Perungudi on 4/9/23. Service provided by the hospital is extra ordinary.

Let me start with Dr Asha Devi (Obstetrician & Gynaecologist). She was very caring, supportive, helping, responding on anytime we contact, explained each and everything. We came to Apollo OMR as we heard about Dr Asha mam and she was more than wat we expected. Really very patient friendly and such a sweet human being. Thank u so much Mam.

Secondly I want to Thank all the Labour Ward Nurses. I can't name one nurse as each and everyone one was very caring, responded everytime we called them for service, they did their service not for name sake really they did with smile and whole heartedly. Thank you Nurses.

Including to that Labour Ward House keeping "Akka" Sry i forgot her name, She was very caring and supportive. And did her job really well.

Dr Kathiraven (Pediatrician) was very helping, explained everything very clearly. And Thanks to all the NICU nurses.
