He was extremely personable, and highly knowledgeable about diamonds. He provided me with quite a bit of interesting and useful information, and showed me some incredible pieces of jewelry. The cut, quality, and selection of diamond jewelry at VBJ is simply unmatched. I found a ring matching my specifications but it needed to be resized. Anand assured me that they could resize it within half an hour - and they really did! I have never had such a seamless and enjoyable experience at a jewelry store before.
