I went to Doctor Vinodhini for several issues and she treated me for everything. No other doctor could treat me but finally in my own search for a physiotherapist I found Vinu’s physio clinic and somehow the reviews on Google gave me such a positive vibe and with a gut instinct I decided to come here for my treatment. She is so efficient, quick and also extremely good with her treatment. Her team is fantastic. You don’t wait even for a minute when you visit her clinic. She starts almost immediately and their treatment varies depending on the issue. But extremely effective. No looking back after you get treated. I want to give a shout-out for her team Akshaya, Nikita, Yamini, Aishwarya, Manju who did a fantastic job with all the treatments.
1. Swollen right knee: I had a problem in my knee. I went to an ortho several times but he always cited weight as an issue and asked me to brisk walk and that my knee would automatically heal. It didn’t work so I went to another physiotherapist who attempted dry needling. That too didn’t work. At last I came to Vinu’s clinic. She found a muscle damage in both my knees not just one and that I hadn’t realised I was leaning on one leg with a mild limp due to improper loading. She’s a magician. Within 7 days of treatment I got cured of my knee problem. And also took a few rehab sessions for knee strengthening.
2. Back sprain problem: I had been having a sprain on my neck back for a long time and it became unbearable I went to the same physio first time where I went for my knee for dry needling. She simply couldn’t identify that I even had a problem on my back. again her dry needling didn’t work at all. But after my knee problem was solved I told Dr. Vinu about my back sprain problem. She identified I had a massive posture problem and that my entire right shoulder had swollen and had to be treated. I took three weeks of posture correction treatment she is a true magician. She cured me completely of my back problems which I feel have originated as a result of long working hours.
3. Acupuncture for sleep issue and stomach issue: I had previously suffered from GERD. Though ayurveda treated me to a great extent I still had constant acidity problems. She identified on her own I had an issue in my stomach when I went for acupuncture to cure my sleep issues and she treated my stomach as well. Finally after several years I can say my stomach is fine. Her acupuncture sessions are great stress relief. She also treated my father’s inflammation and sinus problems with acupuncture. He had continuous sneezing problem and she’s brought it under control with acupuncture.
4. TMD: I’ve been struggling with my jaw issue for almost two years now. And I finally found relief at Vinu s clinic. With wax therapy and laser she’s treating my jaw as well now and I’ve got rid of my TMD to a great extent.
5. My mother’s hip and thigh pain: my mother was in unbearable pain for a long time. Again the ortho didn’t treat her and checked for some growth in spinal cord n all. Total waste of time. My mother had a very bad muscle issue which Dr. Vinu identified and treated in about three weeks after that no looking back for my mom!
6. She also does weight management I am currently going to her for weight reduction which I gained because of my GERD and bad stomach issues. I’ve already started seeing difference after a few workout sessions.

Dr vinodhini is tooooooo gooood to be told in one sentence 👍🏻👍🏻I had an excruciating pain in my right hip which will travel till my thigh and stop before the right knee … no doctor Ayurvedha orthopedic or dry needle therapist could identify the problem and cure me .. I visited Vinu's Physiotherapy Centre in Adyar for a hip injury that was misdiagnosed before by several orthos and physiotherapists. I was averse to physiotherapy. But, I again decided to give it another try based on a recommendation from an ortho doctor.

Dr. Vinodhini, takes much care and attention with her patients. She makes the patient feel comfortable by explaining what is inducing their symptoms and treats it from a root level.
