The postmans are more friendly are co operative than the post office staff. It was so overwhelming to see them answer me with so much respect and humbleness. Didn't feel like it is a government office. With services as equivalent to that of the private organisations.

Went to collect my parcel here on behalf of my husband. Presenting my aadhar card is mandatory to collect parcels. Collection of parcels is done at the backside of the post office building, whereas sending parcels/ letters is done near the entrance of the Post Office building. There is also another counter near the entrance to pay utility bills.

Find the staff at Bandra post office very helpful, polite and hard working every time I have been here. A contrast to other government departments.
