It was so difficult to reach them. Got hold of some guy name Shashi who do not answer call even after trying 5-6 times. So unprofessional. Don't waste your time with them and go with someone who atleast responds to you.

Please avoid this freight forwarders, they seem very polite. They have cheated me of my advance paid to deliver my cargo to mauritius, Since 3 months i am communicating and finally they refused to pay. No choice but take the matter first to the freight forwarders association and if no recourse then legally sue them. AVOID.
