Nice staff worm wellcome and smiling face. Food was very delicious quality and quantity ferfect. Mr sachin negi very friendly and helpful. His nature is good. His talking mythod is good he can easilly understand to us about rooms and food.

I had an amendment in my booking which was done by third party , they have not assisted me at all (Goibibo), where Hotel front desk assisted and treated so well , specially Miss Puna Chauhan assisted and helped me for the changes in booking which is highly appreciated . I just stay for a day, but lemon tree staff and impressed us in all the levels. Head off to the lemon tree management to employee special ability people and give them more purpose to life.

I special thank to pranov and all restaurant stuff, for making our stay wonderful and memorable.

Only complaint : Swimming pool is not operational since very long , but this is not mentioned on their website

Loved my stay here, even though the options for breakfast and dinner buffet were a bit limited nevertheless the food was good and service was good

Room and bathroom were little bit small but when you see the cleanliness you feel it’s good and staff was good specially there ground staff and housekeeping too and one of their housekeeping housekeeping staff seema ji was helpful and courageous women ..
Overall was good experience and most important it near Elante mall just walking distance. Budget friendly hotel.

Loved the way staff of this hotel are..Swift,smart ,prompt and very professional. Smooth stay, comfortable room decent breakfast. Staff etiquette maters most in running a hotel. Superb guys...keep it up. Located at a walking distance from Elente mall...visit sukhna lafe from here via vehicle.

Although it was short stay but comfortable. Room was small but neat and clean. Breakfast was good service was promt. Reception staff was courteous. It is purely business hotel. Only one small suggestion do something for porch as it like no porch. Very small porch, won't give feel that you are entering in hotel. Will stay again and recommend to friend and family.

I have stayed here multiple times. Each time the service of the staff has been very good, the security and staff will help with the luggage as well and are very courteous. The rooms are cleaned every day and food is good too. The breakfast spread can improve a bit, but I usually just eat one or two items at max. Would have been great if sprouts/salads were offered as part of breakfast spread. The cut fruits are almost always papaya and watermelon, they do have juices, and decent coffee. The WiFi has good speed and rooms have work table. Washrooms are small but clean and functional/well thought out. Laundry service is also impeccable...
