This was the first time that I have used your services for obtaining visas and I must say that it was a good experience and i am well satisfied with your approach and help which I received.

The whole process for the three South American countries Chile, Brazil and Argentina took a very long time, unlike obtaining visa for other countries when I travelled in the past. This created quite a bit of tension for me although I know that the process was progressing smoothly.

If this time delay is normal for the said Consulates then I believe you should tell your future customers about it so that they do not get unnecessarily worried about it.

The experience was overall good. We had to handover our original passport and documents at CST Station instead of in the Safety of your Office. The Visa Officer assigned to us said that your office was under renovation and insisted to collect our documents in front of the Mumbai CST. Totally hairy experience. Of course we got the Visa one day before. But we had to cancel the trip
