Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms are elegant and staffs are very courteous and cooperative.
The place is managed extremely well by Mr Kalra.
We enjoyed our daily buffet breakfast at the restaurant, and room service was also available almost any time.
We will definitely come back again and stay at Hotel Maya again.

4.5/5 . Excellent experience. Only issue was Air conditioning in room no 110. Outstanding breakfast buffet. You have protein , fibre , fats and carbs. The breads section was a pleasant surprise.

If Hotel staff is reading this ..please rectify the issue because I want to stay there again. 😃

Prime location with adequate parking . Rooms are good with restaurant and good meeting point. Nice place for parties and small functions. Had membership for the last 20 years.

The rooms are good, well lit, ac works good, bathrooms are clean and dry.
Toiletries are refilled everyday and the quality is very good.
Towels are changed daily and room service is good. Towels are clean.
Bed is comfortable and sheets were absolutely clean. You will need to ask for the shower cap, slippers, dental and shaving kit, they don't give on their own.
They give one bottle of packed water daily complimentary and you can get the water filled from the hotel (filtered). I used to give my 4-5 bottles for filling with filtered water, they do not charge for refilling. Breakfast buffet has wide variety although the menu is majorly repeated
.
On request they will make Paratha or poori sabji.
The staff is very helpful and always smiling.
I didn't ordered lunch or dinner from their restaurant. They happily provided me with milk for my 2 year old daughter and also packed some food on my request without any extra charge from the buffet.

The location of the hotel is excellent and all the places to visit are very close within 10 km radius. The market is adjacent to the hotel all food outlets are close by and you can also order online.

YOU WILL NEED TO PAY FOR THE PARKING IN APRIL 2022 THE RATE WAS 35/70 rs for 12/24 hours. If you are staying for long get a 24 hour pass that will let you have multiple entries and exits.

Nice and comfortable stay at this hotel. Friendly behaved staff. Located in heart of city. Many shops nearby to do local shopping. Tasty food at affordable cost.

Currently living in hotel. I came here post surgery in Fortis Mohali. To recover before leaving for home in Himachal. Fortis is very close from here. My main concern was cleanliness. Required after such surgery. It's a beautiful, well maintained hotel. With cleanliness of room and washroom. Which is excellent. Staff is very very attentive and helpful. We ask them to clean washroom thrice a day almost. Because of surgery. And they always arrive immediately after we call them. Being a patient. I haven't been able to taste food here. But my husband tells me food is also very good. House keeping incharge Mr Ranjit personally supervise cleaning of room daily. This is the reason this hotel remains so clean. Mr Pinku and Sunil always cleaned room leaving nothing to desire. All all i would recommend this hotel. For everything. Accessibility, cleanliness, attentive staff, food, good ambience and shops surrounding area. I couldn't have asked a better place to recover post surgery. Specially when one needs to live in such place or hotel for six days.

A memorable experience. Took the Platinum package and had an exquisite variety of starters and main course. Very hospitable staff, courteous and outstanding service!

Beats the 5star hotels these days! They made our event a grand success. Their starters like dahi ke kabab, chilly chicken and Malai Tikka paneer were fabulous!

Location is too good and rooms are very good

This hotel is suprisingly a little gem in Chandigarh. The rooms are great with an unusual twist with the bathrooms that I liked. I was on business here for 10 days from Australia and for the price of the rooms they were first class. Every thing was immaculately clean and the daily service was conducted without any fuss and while I was away.
The staff were nothing but helpfull all the time. The front desk stall were especially willing to help me make my stay comfortable. I ate in the restaurant nearly every night and the food was great. It is an international menu but there are still pleanty of indian specialty options to choose from.
I can thoroughly recommend this hotel and will definately stay there again. Thanks goes to all the management and staff there.

Have visited the restaurant of the Maya hotel several times. The overall food and service is awesome. The staff is courteous and good. The food has been v tasty too. I had their veg and need n veg both and both can be given full marks. Overall v satisfied with the place and would recommend to all. Ambience wise the place is very very good. Good to need. Cheers!!!!!!!!!!
