He took time to explain in great detail to a novice such as me about how diamonds are graded, natural versus lab made, etc. We felt confident that we would good quality jewellery at a reasonable price. He also went the extra distance to ensure the delivery met our timeline and was to our satisfaction. Likely be doing more business in the future.

I bought silver jewelry from "Mohan Jewellery" for my daughter's wedding a few months ago. Living in the USA, I was initially nervous to buy silver online but I am impressed how seamless the whole process was. The items arrived on time without any hassle. We had a very good experience at Mohan Jewellery when shopping for a ring and for an amethyst drop earring to match one we already had. They promised to find a matching stone in a week, and they succeeded in doing so ahead of schedule. Also, they clearly explained the pricing in terms of the weight of the stone and the weight of the gold for the ring. They also explained the wide range of choices they offer, and can actually fabricate a ring to specification in their manufacturing facility in Chennai itself in a timely manner.
