Passport Seva Kendra Kannur

The psk at kannur is located near sreechand hospital and savitha theater. The location is good , if not great. The building looks worn down and old from outside. From inside its good. Once your inside the process takes from 60 to 75 minutes max. The staff are mostly friendly and professional people. The best part of passport application/renewal in my case is that we get the passport the next day if booked via tatkal.

This passport seva Kendra is working very systematically, if you have any wheelchair patient then no need to wait in queue. There is lift inside for the disabled.

This place work systematic. Specially the reception. The glass wering girl is attending everything same time. Good job👍. Cash only payment accepted here.
ATM's are near by. Hard documents copy facility is handy but no digital copy. Next door have shops does the job. 4 person iron chair reserved to who need so be prepare for long stand. Carry water. The toilet is upstairs and no Phone in common area but there is a place for that. Dont hesitate to ask anything if you dont understand but first floor you have to be careful. Or ask to the security bro he is very active ✌

If you are demanding an emergency passport please make sure you have three id documents with same name amd sir name. Or it will diverted to normal passport ✌

Excellent service provided by Passport Seva Kendra Kannur! The staff was incredibly helpful and efficient throughout the entire passport application process. I was impressed by their professionalism and willingness to assist with any queries I had. The whole experience was smooth and hassle-free.

Compared to BLS services in UAE, the service is not that good but should really appreciate the APO she was so helpful and kind. The main difficulty is parking space. Hope they will find a solution soon.

Excellent support by all staffs, the security person was so helpful and kind, especially at explaining the procedures to be followed and the receptionist too was really supportive.
And, Please note if you are taking Tatkal for your kid ,both parents should be available in the country if not tatkal won't be possible.

Wonderful service! All the staffs were really nice and helpful. The security deserves a raise! He was one of the nicest person i have ever met in any office. The procedures all got done within 1-1.5 hrs without any hassle.

I gave 5 star, bbecause the 3 star goes to security. Well manner, and aware about everything. So helpful and super polite. He can sit in higher position. And one star goes to the down floor manager. He is also good behaviour and helpful. The first floor in C section Lady superintendent deserve the last 1 star.

Maintained a very professional and systematic atmosphere within the office. Efficiency and courteousness of staffs are very impressive. Unlike many other offices, applicants are treated with dignity. Only negative is the location where there is no parking facilities available.

I must say I had a very pleasant experience with this office. Office has really improved since I visited 3 years ago. All the staffs including the APO in the office are down to earth, not to specifically mention the security guard as well there. All were helpful and had no intention to delay any process. Loved it. The Passport Office (Passport Seva Kendra) in Kannur is situated at Padannappalam on SN Park - Azhicode Road. It is very conveniently located, but parking is a hassle. Since it is on the Main Road it is hard to find a parking space - one needs to go a little further at the Savitha theatre Complex parking ground for a halt - which is often not a pleasant experience.

The service offered by the Office is excellent - very well managed - with well qualified and experienced staff.

All will have a satisfactory experience here..🙂👍

Top notch service even after 10 years. Went there for renewal after 10 years. Service is excellent even after 10 years. Kudos to team for maintaining high quality service for such a long time.

Good experience. Quick and well organized team and space. Has a photostat facility inside the building in case you need a copy of your documents you can get it there itself. Staff are helpful, supportive and prompt.

Personally, I had a very good experience here. I came here 30 minutes before my allotted time, since it was not busy I was allowed to enter and my processes took less than 10 minutes. Staffs were really good when compared to normal government offices. If you are 10-th pass, please remember to carry your 10-th certificate photostat in A4 paper and your aadhar card photostat should have both sides. You should carry original documents as well. Also if you submitted any other documents as proof when you applied for passport, you should carry them too....
