I attended a few courses and absolutely loved it. Every course was a wonderful experience and we learned the most delicious food items. Very well organised and professional, Manbeena ma'am is an amazing teacher and a great cook. She explained every step in detail without rushing through anything and every cake that she taught became so easy to make and it tasted absolutely authentic. A very homely and friendly environment and that adds loads to the overall experience. Really boosted my confidence and i learned so much.
The best part is taking home the finished product knowing that you have made it and sharing with family and friends.

Hey great experience and knowledge I have ever had about baking icing of cakes with Manbeena mam. She taught everything step by step so that we don't get confused about any topic.
We practiced daily and made cakes by our own. Different styles of decorations are done and we practiced also.
So overall my experience was 5 star about learning.

I loved every minute of the class. It was fun, very informative and absolutely practical. Manbeena is a great instructor and she makes you do the work which helped me gain confidence. Even though for me it was a leisure activity but I feel confident that I can be a professional baker if I wish to under her guidance. The cakes we baked and decorated were pieces of Art not just cakes.
