Very well maintained system. On time service. You can get 2 types of services. Normal & premium. Best immigration biometric center in North India for UK, USA, Canada etc.

Very smooth process
Everything is organised and staff is very cooperative and supportive.
For UK applicants applying for Study visa-
Once you reach Vfs office -
-Enter from gate 2 (pedestrian) or
-If your coming from your vehicle than register yourself on the gate2 by security staff.
-After that go to gate3 for entry
-take left parking to reach B2 parking (B1 parking is reserved parking so avoid going there)
-parking fees is Rs. 50 (can vary)
You can pay this amount by fastag
-take lift to reach floor3
-stand in the queue for a while
-staff will ask you to show your appointment confirmation slip
-enter the vfs office and complete your security checking at checking desk
-go to second desk to get your UK SIM card and they will assist you to enter the main gate of the office and they will also give you a token slip
-one staff member will open the gate for you by using his office card
-wait for a while your Token number will display on the screen
-Than show every document asked by the officials (if you have uploaded all your documents online Than they will not see your documents on desk)
-they will assist you for the next step which is biometrics
-they will give you a kit which you have to submit at biometric booth
Once your biometric is done you can exit the office.
*Remeber to take sms services to stay up-to-date.

My experience here is very good, staff is very friendly, if you don't know something just ask anyone from staff or security they were very cooperating.
I also want to tell about docs you need to bring here:-
1 - original passport
2 - biometric appointment letter ( email print)
3- Biometric instructions letter
4- consent form
And one more thing don't go for premium, it doesn't matter your biometric is done by normal or premium service.
But the thing I like most is they were giving free CANADIAN SIM so plese do collect them they will tell you how to activate them.

Very fast and swift services to support your first step to travel .You have to go towards Elante offices .Exactly above parking inside the mall .

Ohh, this is the very crowded I have visited the last month on November and the crowd are unbelievable and lift always overflow like a animal in this building if you visit this building place going to alone .

Place was quite. Staff was humble. Moreover the employee to which I gave my biometric was very humble. She even sorted out some of my queries as well. The guard also greeted and asked if all things are done properly or not.

First of all, the office is not in Elante Mall it is situated in Elante offices building which is back side of elante mall. So don't go to mall and go to back side of the mall. Secondly companion is not allowed inside so they can visit the mall as it will take time and their is no sitting or waiting space available. Next make sure to arrive 30 minutes prior to the time given to you as their is so much rush.
Step by step process.
>Firstly, you will visit their for biometric and photograph.
The guard on gate will ask for the appointment letter and then he will give you a number or write it on your hand.
>Next, you need to go to the office and make sure you didn't carry any electronic device like powerbank or ipods as you need to submit it at gate and they will charge you for keeping that item at entrance.
>Next, you will be issued a token which you need to carry inside with the document and wait for your turn.
>Next, keep watching the screen as once it shows your number go to the specific counter and get everything done.
>Next, you need to wait for your turn infront of biometric and photograph cabins.
> Next, once you are done you can go out.
All this process take very less time but waiting time is more due to rush.

So if your visa got approved you need to visit this centre again to submit your passport.
So for that the same process will be repeated just you don't need to wait much as their is no need of appointment you can visit directly.
Just submit your passport on the counter and pay the fees for courier and you can go back and wait for approximately 5-7 working days and you'll receive your passport.

Well, it's a little too crowded, I understand it is really difficult to manage soo much crowd, they are doing a decent job for that. They services they offer are good.

All staff are very cooperative

Quit amazing experience but on appointment day don't take wireless earphone with you coz they charge 300rs for a locker service

Well instead of visiting Mumbai, one can always avail their services at Chandigarh for all drop box renewals.

Their response is quite good.

However, they need to put in place a local telephone number facility for clarifications and guidance for extending real and quick customs care response, instead of their general all India toll free numbers.

Had my biometric and it took 20minutes
Don't take premium service it is a scam😂
