Chauhan's Diner

Chauhan's diner is undoubtedly the best diner in Joshimath. Run by a family since the past 20 years - the man and the woman both have magic rolling in their fingers. Simple home cooked meals are served from the most authentic menu.

A very decent pure veg restaurant where home type food available at very reasonable price. We stayed in joshimath for 4 days and went to this place daily for dinner. Loved their jeera aloo, dal fry and green chutney (special type of chutney ). Must recommended .

Visited the place about 4 years ago and now have become my favourite destination whenever i travel to joshimath. Authentic pahadi food is served and i never forget to ask a bowl of their delicious homemade chutney. Good food comes with a great information about the near about places which can be visited and the stories related to them. It is nice to have some friendly people in a tourist place and of course the food will never let u miss home so go for it.

Loved the aloo subzi and their green chutney. Their steamed rice is also good and well boiled

Yummy, we are from gurgaon and looking for a place where food is made in front of us. 5 rating for hygiene, 5 rating for quality and quantity, 5 rating for taste.
