We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hospitality was exceptional, with the staff going out of their way to ensure our comfort. The kind and helpful people at the hotel were a blessing, as they assisted us promptly when we faced medical issues during our stay. The rooms were immaculately clean, and we were treated to breathtaking sunset views every evening. This hotel truly exceeded our expectations, providing a warm and caring environment, along with stunning room views. A heartfelt thank you to the staff for making our stay so memorable and enjoyable.

Had an enjoyable start at the Hotel. Had booked the hotel for 2 nights at the beginning of our stay in Ladhak primarily for acclimatisation. The room was spacious, clean and value for money. The hotel staff were courteous and prompt. Food was sumptuous and exceeded my expectations. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk to the main market and conveniently located. Both the owner Mr. Ahmed and the manager Mr. Sharma were very helpful and went above and beyond the call to take care of our every need. We were so pleased with our stay that after rooting Ladhak we stayed here for 2 nights before returning to Mumbai.

The hotel is really clean and the rooms are spacious. The food was very good and the staff was super friendly. The owner Shabir and the manager Sharmaji were very accommodating of our needs and made us feel a part of their family.

The location is excellent with great views of Leh Palace and Shanti Stupa. It’s only a 2 min walk to the Leh Market. We booked the entire 7 night/9 day tour with Shabir and all the other hotels in our trip were pretty good.

Hotel location was excellent. We spent 5 nights including breakfast and dinner. Food was amazing and very much hygienic. All staff is very much helpful and very polite nature. Sharmaji is always helpful and taking care of all family including childrens. Must visit hotel the Palace once your are at Leh. Thank you very much for kind gesture and taking all our care.

It was a very comfortable stay during my Ladakh trip. The check in was smooth. The beautiful view of Shanti Stupa from my window, the hospitality, ensuring guests well-being, the distinctive delicious cuisines...all was perfect to the core. The rooms were neat and clean. The staff ensured that my stay is very comfortable. Overall the hospitality experience was awesome. Would love to come back to this property.

The Palace hotel is conveniently located near the Leh market. Rooms are clean, food is delicious and staff is very helpful and courteous. You will get warm water. Very recommended.

We are four families stayed here for three nights in Deluxe rooms. Hotel is very nice with all modern amenities, 24 hours electricity & hot water supply which is very much required in this region, big & spacious rooms, bathrooms are very clean. Lift is there which is very helpful for senior citizens. Owner Mr. Shabir Ahmad Ji & Manager Mr. Sharma Ji are very humble & polite, ready to help every guest in any manner. Food buffet is very good with variety every day. Staff is cooperative. Main market area is just 10 minutes walking distance.

Amazing experience...!.. We stayed for three nights during recent visit to Leh. Everything room, staff, food, management was great, actually more than what I expected. I have done booking directly through owner Mr Shabir and he is always available to respond quickly by email and phone. The location is quite near to market with great view of the shanti stupa. Market is just 5 min walk. Breakfast and dinner was great for all days with good varieties and taste. Staff manager sharmaji also always there for any need. We took super delux room which has good view and quite big area with all nice amenities. I strongly recommend this hotel and staff for leh stay. Also Thanks Shabirji for your last minute offer to drop us at the airport. We surely visit you again during next visit. THANKS

Best hotel ever I have seen. It's near market and the room is very good and best room staff. Rooms are very very good and it's like our home. With good staff. They give respect to us to Sharma ji and the great staff. With good services. With good foods. We thought that food will not be good. But when we tasted it was delicious. Breakfast,lunch,dinner.
