I would special like to thanks Kalsang mam who helped lot to make my trip possible as per my requirement she helped me to cover all the place which I wanted to visit also I would like to thank the car drive Mr Angchuk (TseAngchuk) he was one of the best, skilled and safe drive for leh road trip. Even he help us as guide as well he gave us all correct information of all the places and he was very will aware of all the roads and there conditions.

Kelsang and her staff were so polite, efficient and knowledgeable. We trusted her completely with the planning, obtaining permits, contacts with local agents along the way, a safe and careful driver, great accommodation - even a farmstay- and with her considerable contacts was able to secure us a great deal with flights and organised a car to pick us up at the airport to drive us to Dharamsala. After having travelled throughout many countries and now in our 60's 'Ancient Tracks' comes out on top in all aspects, including fair pricing, friendliness and crucial daily follow up whilst under their care. Thanks to him, we have also talked with local people in the monasteries and got to know better about the stories behind them. First time i only came for make permit to hunder. They generous gave me nice advices about the bus and route information.

Second time was after one year. I came with a friend, and they gave me a reasonable price that we never thought about bargaining. They helped us to find others to share taxi for 2 days trip to Nubra and Pangong. It was very satisfying experience, our driver Karma, is experienced and took us safely pass the snowing and icy Changla pass.

Third time, after 5 years, i came with another friend, and again, Ancient track found us people to share taxi in less than one day. And unexpectedly, we have same driver Karma as last time. This time the road is not better, the Karma's driving skill is incredible, he cut a dozon of military truck off, and drove through bumpy road. He knows when to be slow and where to be careful. We are also lucky to see the festival in Diskit Gompa! Karma share his knowledge about local culture and religion with us, and at the same time being humble and reliable, and always on time!

If i have another chance to come to Ladakh, i would definitely choose Ancient track again. Kesang, lady who manage the Ancient Track office, were there every time when i came to the office. She is friendly, generous, and straightforward, which i like very much. She can help with all the question you have about your travel plan. I deeply recommend Ancient Track!

We had a perfect 5 star Ladakh Trip with special focus on bird watching , all thanks to the wonderful arrangement of Lobzang Ji who sent us with the exceptional guide cum spotter Tenzing Chamba Ji and one of the safest hands and smoothest drivers Karma ji. We enjoyed the trip whole heartedly and just sat and relaxed by watching the mesmerizing views of Ladakh while our guide made sure we did not miss a single Bird species (residents and summer visitors) along with a huge list of mammals as an additional bonus.

Ancient Tracks is a very good travel agency specially for the solo or small group or couple travellers who don't want to book a whole cab and waste their money. If you are solo or your group has only 2 or 3 people and you want a shared taxi. Then you should definitely approach them. They will search partners for your trip and you can save a lot of money. The behaviour of the staffs specially the madam is very co-operative and polite. Everytime I met her she greeted me with 'Julley' and offers me tea. She also helped me buying pashmina shawl for my family. Overall I have a very amazing experience with them.

Me & my friend recently made a trip to Leh to explore Ladakh...Next day we went out looking for a shared taxi to explore Ladakh. To our good luck we came across a travel agency named Ancient Tracks. It
was a very nice experience right from the start as we were given a very nice package at very reasonable rates for our tour of Nubra, Pangong lake & Tso Moriri lake in a shared taxi. My friend had a little breathing problem at Pangong lake. The driver Mr. Tsering Angchok was very helpful in aproviding every help required. Thank you Ancient Tracks for a memorable tour.

great experience i have with the agency. staff is very friendly. arranging permit to everything was very professional and so cool. driver was so cool and i went nubra valley and pangong lake with them . highly recommended of u in leh. just leave on them everything and they will take care of everything . while reaching leh i was confised how to do various trips as everything was so expensive. than stafff of my hotel told me to go market and find travel agents. then i met the ladt from ancients travels. i got all my solutions here. all staff of then is very friendly and every client they take personally. u just tell ur requirement , they will manage all in reasonable rates. they organuse group tours, tracking , camps safaris everything in ladakh and nearby areas.
