Japanese garden in Chandigarh India It is a good place to visit in Chandigarh. There is good space for jogging and to do some exercises. It's also good place for family and couples to come and enjoy. Good creative sculptures are there in this park. But the authorities should try to maintain it properly. Super 💯 super 😍

During a recent visit to the Japanese Garden in Chandigarh, my family and I were initially underwhelmed by its small size. However, after reaching we quickly realized that there was much more to the park than meets the eye.

We were pleasantly surprised to discover that the Japanese Garden is actually quite spacious, with various amenities such as a kids play zone, a jogging area, and ample seating for relaxation. The highlight for my child was the beautifully designed dragon-themed play area, which added an element of excitement to our visit. The overall Japanese theme of the park created a soothing and unique ambiance, offering us a completely new experience.

We were so impressed by the park that we decided to plan a future picnic there, as we observed other families enjoying their time in the park. Its clean and well-maintained surroundings, coupled with the greenery, added to the serene atmosphere. Additionally, there was a restaurant inside the park, providing a convenient option for refreshments or a meal.

One aspect that visitors should keep in mind is the crowd. As the park offers free entry, it tends to attract a large number of people, and unfortunately, not everyone in the vicinity is always pleasant. However, despite this drawback, our overall experience at the Japanese Garden was highly enjoyable, and we would strongly recommend it to anyone visiting Chandigarh.

In conclusion, although the Japanese Garden may initially appear small, it offers much more than meets the eye. With its unique Japanese theme, spaciousness, and various amenities, such as a kids play zone and jogging area, it provides a wonderful experience for visitors. Just be aware of the crowd factor, and you're sure to have a great time exploring this serene and well-maintained park.

It's safe to call this a Garden with Japanese bits in it rather than calling it a Japanese Garden. The good part about this garden is it's expanse and how well it's maintained. It's a peaceful hideout in the middle of Chandigarh which makes it special.

I visited with my family here & found this park to be small at first sight. But after some time we came to know about the other part through Google pics & reviews. Of course we change our mind after that, terming it as a big park with kids play zone, jogging area & very spacious to sit & relax. My kid came specially to see dragons & dragons theme play area was nice & beautiful. The Japanese theme for park was soothing & new experience for us. We decided to have a picnic here next time seeing other families. Must visit... Loved it...

It is really a beautiful garden, one of the best if you ask me. It comes alive at dusk and dawn, when the sun shows its beauty. It has a Japanese building at the entrance, hence the name, and is divided in two parts. One can go to the other side using the underpass, hence not risking an accident. It has flower beds and a Buddhist meditation model up ahead. With basic excercise equipments and swings for children as well.

Japanese Garden is located in Sector 31, Chandigarh. Japanese Garden is a very nice garden after Zakir Hussain Rose Garden. There are many structures made in Japanese style starting from entry of the garden to end of the garden. The Japanese Garden is very well maintained and showcases Japanese culture.

One of the best places in Chandigarh for casual strolls, jogging, exercising, practicing yoga or to spend some time with loved ones. The Japanese Park is a theme based park. The park has been landscaped which makes it look beautiful. It is full of small and big structures depicting Japanese Culture. There is no entry fees. One can also meditate here peacefully. It also has a few rides for children like slides and swings. The park, which is divided in two parts by a road, is connected by a subway. Under the subway there are a few eateries or apparel shops. Also, there are some exquisite paintings in the subway depicting Japanese Culture. The park is a great sight for the eyes. One must definitely visit Japanese Park if one visits Chandigarh.

Beautiful, calm, lush green garden in sector 31. It has two parts which are joined by an underground pathway. I almost missed the other half thinking *this must be it*

There are statutes depicting Japanese culture and influence, paintings and the best part is the dragon slide and swings. It is a peaceful and a good place to go for a walk or a small picnic.

There is a canteen for food and drinks plus there are always Ice-cream vendors outside it.
