This time I went it was filled with big monkeys but at the back side of the jungle.

They dont hurt you as long as don't tease them.

I really loved this city. What a well planned and executed city and the gardens like this where not only kids but elders can also enjoy. This garden is very very beautiful 😍 and they have so many butterflies with very different ranges. I must say the work, local government is taken to keep this garden beautiful is very recommended.

Spring and summers brings in beautiful pretty little butterflies.If you want to see butterflies ,you should come here .Inside there are colorful flowering plants in midst of greenery where butterflies are fluttering around .Small lake is inside where we can see some ducks and pond herons .Place is very neatly maintained & there is no entrance fee..if you bring a camera with good telephoto lens ,you can take some interesting butterfly pictures ..

It's a nice park with trails to walk and see butterflies in there habitat. Good information about butterflies is also provided in pictures. Nice place to visit with kids. Beautiful center piece of butterflies is the main attraction and to be clicked with.

Butterfly Park in Chandigarh is situated in front of the main entrance of Chandigarh College of Engineering and Technology in sector 26 of Chandigarh. The butterfly park is extended over a region of 7 acres with a meticulous scene. In this garden for making habitat of butterflies special care is taken. This park is full of plants and vegetation with a different variety of trees with a huge pond. To see the beautiful and colorful butterflies March to October month is best because in winter some species of butterflies goes into hibernate.

Lovely and calm place. This place is situated near NITTTR institute Chandigarh. Highly recommended for people of all ages. Best place to visit during weekends with family and children.

Very good place to have a relaxed stroll. The entry is free , folks needs to enter their details in the register. The place looks small and few butterfly varieties can be spotted. There is a small pond inside the park and huge canopy surrounding it. Many varieties of shrubs are there and a mini enclosure with numerous other plants are available too. The maintenance is very good. Generally people can spend 30 minutes to an hour. The parking for 2 wheeler and 4 wheeler are outside.
A must visit place for kids and toddlers.
Pets are generally banned from entering. So kindly have a note about it.

Beautiful park dedicated to butterflies. But you can spot different species of birds & animals like snakes & mongoose too..

Love this ❤ 😍 garden i visit here manny times in a week but in winter there is no butterfly because absence of sun 🌞 if you want enjoy visit there in sunny day or in summers but in summers evening there is many mosquito bites. Best place well maintained

The park is having wonderful varieties of host plants for butterflies which includes Ashoka, Salix,Mango, Citrus, Amla, Palm, Calotrpis and capris, etc.The park is amazing and the big trees surrounding it will make you feel that you are in a forest ( if you see upwards and forget the decoration done on the ground).

At a distance of 4.5 km from Chandigarh Bus Station, Butterfly Park is a famous park situated in front of the main entrance of Chandigarh College of Engineering and Technology in sector 26 of Chandigarh. It is one of the best places to visit in Chandigarh.

Butterfly Park is spread over an area of 7 acres, with beautiful landscaping. Special care has been taken to create a good habitat for butterflies. The park is well maintained and is home to around 35 species of butterflies. There are silence zones which are created for beautiful tiny creatures such that they do not get disturbed when they walk on trails of nature.

This park has full of vegetation with a variety of trees and shrubs. Flowers and butterflies need each other.
There is also a spacious conservatory for the students of Entomology to study the behavior of these beautiful insects.

The best time to visit the park is from March to October in order to have a sight of these colorful butterflies. They can be seen throughout the year except on winters when they go into hibernation.

Small park focussed on butterflies. There are many Butterfly host plants here and therefore butterflies can be seen fluttering around. There's a small pond as well which attracts several birds. The park has plenty of flowering plants to lighten up the mood.

I haven’t met many butterflies here but I have a glimpse of some beautiful flies and insects. This place have less greenery and walking Trail which make you feel the real nature of the region. The plant share R so much green logical which make you love with them in monsoon you must avoid this place as these insects and flies can harm you in that particular period of time.

Nice place for tracking with butterfly 🦋.
But you can take with odomos because this place many mosquitoes.
