A loyal customer purchasing postbox products from the last 5 years. I have attached a photo wherein there are two products; one wallet and dairy organiser; who have stood the test of time, and three new products which are brand new. I also had a laptop bag, a key holder, a coin holder and a few more, now confiscated by my family who liked these so much! I have picked up a lot of items from them over the years starting from 2018. The quality, finish and durability is second to none.
Recently my husband managed to damage his laptop bag that I had bot from THE POSTBOX. I got in touch with them and they very sweetly agreed to repair the damage. The repair was so well done that my husband couldn’t guess from where had he broken the handle.

I own 3 of their products and they are a staple part of their daily life now. I’ve had The Transit Backpack for almost 4 years and the quality has stayed consistent.

I ordered the tote work bag classic tan I have received my order well...and its every bit worth the wait, all the products are so well-designed and thought through...all the compartments fit my purpose perfectly. Postbox has become my go brand for any gifting suggestions after i purchased my passport cover in January 2023!! Excellent products that are classy and well designed. Have bought multiple items from the site from backpacks to tech kits as well as a laptop bag. The products make great stocking stuffers as well as things you can buy for yourself when you want to indulge in some shopping but also want to get the most bang for your buck. I bought a set of 3 Blue and 3 red organiser pouches. The Blues were for my husband and the Reds were for me.

I am very happy with the quality of the products and glad that after stalking your website for months, I finally had the need to make the purchase.

The bags traveled with our family to Gujarat on our annual vacation and withstood very harsh climate conditions - from the rough and tumble of the desert to the humidity of the cities and countless bathrooms in hotels. The zipper and seams withstood these conditions well and continue to look as good as new. The water-resistant nature of the bags meant we didn't have to worry about spills. The colors are beautiful, regal, and understated. The overall material and construction were solid and I won't be looking for travel pouches for a long time now (unless you entice me with a new model or my kids start using the pouches as school boxes).

I purchased the Daisy Tote for my mom as a birthday gift. It's incredibly difficult to get her anything nice since she has the habit of stowing nice things away for "special occasions". Yet after the reluctance, not only does enjoy taking her Tote everywhere, but also finds occasions and outfits that go along with it. It wouldn't be a stretch to say that the Daisy Tote transformed her. Great stuff! Design, Durability, Style and Comfort- your product ticks all boxes!!

Been looking for a functional backpack high on style. Finally found the Ares backpack (black) in canvas + leather mix and it’s been really great so far. Few features that I like
- Strap for suitcase on the back
- Compact size
- Many internal storage spaces

The Postbox has been go to place for any office/desk essentials. Their quality is unmatched and holds up really well over the long term. Highly Recommend it.

One of the best leather qualities I've seen so far. Their products set you a class apart from everyone else be it an airport, workspace or a corporate event. I personally love their emerald green Claire sling bag which comes in other beautiful colors as well. Can't wait to get my hands on their work totes for an overseas travel.

I ordered the Charcoal Louise Work bag for my nephew as a going away present for his Masters in the US. Absolutely fabulous quality, vegan waterproof material (minus straps) and very sophisticated design! Please make in more feminine colors! Very happy.
