Friend`s Florist

The worst experience of my life, never have I ever had to follow up so many times for a service. They take your order and don't even bother to fulfill it. The owner's behaviour is also very rude. Everyone reading this review, please avoid this florist at all costs.

Pathetic service will surely make you wait for a hour or 2 before it delivers. May miss a few things here and there. They have a problem of plenty work and can't manage manpower. Definitely a avoid for festivals and any major festival

I had the worst experience with them.
The owner is least bothered to understand what you want, promises to give good flowers decor but actually sends the worst (almost dead) quality flowers.
The jewellery is not only over prices, but the wire used to make it dangles and bruises your skin, the flowers shown in the picture are super attractive, but when you get the real product, it’s different. (Not good)

I would suggest go with someone who has more knowledge and is not bluffing to make money.

These guys trick you by not explaining the decor quality, quantity and on the main day, force you to double the order for it to look presentable.

I got shredded with the money spent,but had to agree to make my lounge look least presentable

So my uncle tried to order a specific cake a and a specific set of flowers to be delivered for someones birthday. Firstly the delivery was late by a whole day because cake was not available and the flowers where not the ones that were ordered I could diget this but the cake that was delivered to us was totally ruined and splitted into two halves thats how the cake was presented to a birthday girl.best part is none of the concerned people have reverted back with anything nor an apology.If this is how you guys work I feel sad for u. about time you reconsider your business

Would be the last flower shop i would visit.
The florists working there are very rude and their understanding in terms of customer needs is very poor. Cheap quality with high price.

Very rudely attended - don't recommend it at all - there are better florists
