Tirumala Jewelry has excellent collection and top notch customer service . I am impressed with 3 of the employees Roja, Abiskeh and Roshini . I was Visiting India only for 1 week and was looking for a place to buy jewelry. I saw Tirumala jewelry YouTube video and contacted them and told them I have no time to shop in India so I wanted to select my jewelry ahead . So I can drop in and pick up my stuff . I was able to do video call and pick up my jewelry ahead and also they gave me an option to hold the jewelry . I went in tried them on and picked it up in less than hour. It was best shopping experience ever .

We had a unique experience with our recent Gold purchase at Tirumala Jewellers. The staff created a welcoming atmosphere with their generous hospitality. The store have wide range of jewellery so you will have lot of choice to choose. Srikanth and other members of the staff were very patient at fulfilling our requests. I am not exaggerating but, I have rarely seen any staff in other jewellery shops coming out of their way and willing to help customers. Prices were reasonable. I’ve come to India on a short visit and been to some of the well known jewelery stores but wasn’t impressed at all. I had to compromise on buying something that I wasn’t impressed as a family wedding was round the corner and I had to buy something.

Finally, I was looking for a pair of Mangalasoortras as the other stores didn’t have the kind I was looking for. I casually walked into Tirumala Jewellers, expecting little. I did find a beautiful pair of diamoond Mangalasutras I was looking for and much better than I had imagined. Then I looked at the other collection in their store:both gold and diamond jewelry. I am not exaggerating one bit….I was totally blown away by their collection. Each item is a piece of art!! The craftsman is top notch. And the designs were exquisite. You wouldn’t find such unique and beautiful pieces elsewhere. I salute their designers and goldsmiths. What creativity and craftsmanship!!! If you are a lover of art and want to collect beautiful art pieces, this is the place to go.
