Beautifully constructed shoes just like shown on the website...hats off to amazing customer service especially to Akshay for going out of the way to make sure I get the perfect size! My size was in between 2 sizes and he made sure I get the right one and exchanged it on time before the event! Thank you! Perfect amount of sparkle!

The Cai Store not only has outstanding products, but also rapid and effective customer service.
Cai Heels and Loafers are one of my best purchases. They’re very comfortable.
However, what stood out to me is their customer service. I interacted with Akshay regarding an old order - he was extremely prompt and polite, and provided a speedy solution to my concern.

Akshay from the customer service has been very patient and good with his service. This was my first purchase from CAI stores and had picked up 7 footwear at one go. However I had to request exchanges due to size issues and this got sorted only cause of Akshay. I have my own function on Sunday and he has done his best to get the products delivered to me before the D day

I ordered a pair of footwear online through their website for an upcoming wedding and I must say that I was extremely impressed with the kind of customer service I was provided due to some minor issues with the shipping.

The team (Juhi & Sana) were very responsive via WhatsApp and calls and very prompt in providing me alternate options and resolving the issue at the earliest.

I had gone to their physical store in Mumbai palladium and fell in love with a pearl white shoe, which was a limited edition shoe and unfortunately did not have my size available. The team promised to get in touch with the back office and get a new pair made and delivered to my house in Chennai within 15 days. Fatima was super helpful in getting this done for my special day and also to mention, the shoes are super comfortable and just perfect! Recommend them for style and comfort, 100%!

Akshay the CSR was great. He understood the whole situation of what was happening with my heel that i had recently purchased from CAI , made sure to give me a resolution unlike others especially the store people who were not ready to even discuss about it (making me go round the circles)

I had the most wonderful experience with the CAI customer service team. They are superrrrrrr! My credit note expired two months ago and I had no clue that it did. I simply asked them if they could help me out and they promptly obliged with an extension. No questions asked.

There was some issue with my credit note which I wanted to use today. Firstly they provided me the credit note in time.
