Byblos Restaurant - Fine Lebanese & Levantine Cuisine

It was my first time trying Lebanese cuisine and I was really impressed. The food was extremely tasty. Also the staff was really kind and helpful. I would recommend 100%

I’ve been here few times and I love the food, always tasty! Waiters are very nice. Last time I was with my dog, and they gave her water immediately.
And I also love the atmosphere here! Recommend.

Last week I went to Byblos in the hunt of nice arabic cuisine and I must say it sidnt disappoint me even for a pinch.
The location is very nice,. walking from Metro or bus station, quite in the centre of the city. It has two storied sitting space with interior/decor gives ethnic arabic/Lebanese touch.

I ordered Mohamara as starter which was companied by bread slices. Its similar to hummus texture wise but taste wise quite diff as adds a pinch of spice flavours and goes perfectly with bread (which comes included). For main course I requested the staff (Balazs) who was very focussed on listening to my criteria and suggested me to go for Kofta, which was fantastic decision as the yummy, juicy kofta made my evening. Both Louay and Balazs are very cordial and showing great hospitality to all guests, a must have for fine dining.

Overall, loved the place and absolutely recommended to visit, I will do again.

We ate dinner at this restaurant on New Year's Day. The food was fantastic! Very fresh and tasty 😋 I loved my pomegranate quinoa salad. My husband and son loved what they ordered as well. The service was good and our waiter was very friendly.

Just wow. I have gone to Budapest several times and eaten at many different restaurants, including different Lebanese restaurants, and this one is my favorite. I got the chicken shawarma and it was excellent. The light honey drizzle (I think) on the top really took it to the next level. Those dining with me were equally ecstatic. Their juicy, flavorful, tender lamb was plated with a fantastic authentic salad, whose ingredients were very interesting and fresh. The baclava and lemonades were equally fantastic. Thank you, Byblos, for providing such an excellent experience.

Very lovely experience, amazing food for a reasonable price. Cocktails are costly but very good. Staff are very friendly and accommodating, answered any questions we had.
Downstairs and outdoor seating was full so we got a table upstairs. It was all very clean and well kept.

I would definitely recommend Byblos and would visit again. 🥰

A MUST when in Budapest! I was celebrating there my birthday, and the stuff were kind enough to put a bunch of candles and fireworks in the deserts we've ordered and even put the birthday song on 🥹the food really tastes like in Lebanon, and they even have Lebanese wine! I don't often write reviews but this place absolutely deserves a 5 star review. Every thing about the place was top notch. The food was sensational so fresh and delicious. The service was fantastic thanks Louay. If I ever come back to Budapest I will definitely be booking a table straight away
